    Replace pipe resulting from sewage backup

    Travis Magee and his team, which included Arsen and Ziggy, arrived on a Saturday morning when I had massive sewage backup, seized water shutoff valves, broken pipes, etc. and they were awesome. They started work when they said they would and did a great job. I would hire them again and would recommend them to others. They went the extra mile. On a couple of very hot days. With smiles on their faces. A class crew.

    Basement faucet repairs and water line clear

    Robert Cassels arrived on site on time and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problems quickly and get to work straight away, providing good advice along the way. It was a pleasure dealing with Robert and Mr. Rooter and I would highly recommend them. Thanks you.

    Bathtub leak and showerhead replacement

    Nasir Ahmad came and looked at the bathtub leak, after being told previously from another company that I would have to completely change everything to new Nasir went out and looked for the hard to find parts to fix the leaks. Within 2 hours he was back with them and replaced the broken and old parts. Replaced my shower head to handheld and no costly bathroom renovation required. Great job.

    Tap and drain install x3

    Showed up promptly as promised - courteous, professional - quality job. Too bad it was expensive. Still worth it.

    Hose bib repair (w)

    Last week a pipe in our basement was leaking. We called Mr. Rooter and within an hour, a wonderful gentleman arrived named Waqas Ahamd. He informed us that the pipe needed replacement and that while he was working on it we should inform our alarm company that if the fire alarm goes off, not to respond over the next hour. He was on the ball! He fixed the pipe and recommended that we have a main shut off lever installed for the inside and outside plumbing. His concern was that the knobs on the taps were too difficult to close and had to be tightened with a wrench. We agreed that it would be prudent for him to install these for us. What I loved about Waqas is that he would explain everything in great detail. He was so lovely to deal with, professional and so knowledgable. He reminded me of the CNN Chief Medical Correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta. I asked Waqas if he could look at my shower stall while he was here. He informed me that it had a leak. He had a Moen hand held shower head in his truck which he installed. The spout was also not working. He replaced this for me as well. He was very detailed with all his explanations. I would recommend Waqas to anyone in need. He accomplished all our our tasks and was an absolute pleasure.

    Sewer Pipe Installation

    The service from Mr. Rooter was prompt and professional. Phil took the time to explain the work, answering all of our questions and was helpful in guiding us to make the right decisions to avoid future problems. The work team was friendly and respectful. We were impressed with how tidy the work was completed; putting the excavated dirt back into place. There was hardly a trace that two 10 feet ditches had existed in our front lawn. Phil came back to make sure we got what we paid for with a camera inspection of the new pipes. Our sewer backup problem has been resolved and no more sewer odours coming from drain pipes. We are pleased with the great job and would recommend to others.

    Lead Pipe Replacement

    Mr. Rooter is simply the best. We hired them to replace a lead pipe in our home that connected into the city water supply. The team was prompt (we called them on a Wednesday and they were working on our property by Thursday), incredibly helpful, clean and courteous. They had to dig a trench under our front yard garden to access the pipe, and expertly put it back together (it looks as good as new). Ron was fantastic, and helped answer all of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ron and his team to friends and family, and will absolutely call them if need be in the future.

    Faucet and shut-off valve replacement

    Our kitchen faucet was broken, and we urgently needed it fixed as we will be entertaining guests all weekend. I called Mr. Rooter, and George arrived to replace the faucet and valve within minutes of my phone call. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. While he was working, he identified a leaky shut-off valve that could lead to future water damage. He was able to replace the shut-off valve right then and there. We are very happy with the service we received, and we will definitely use this company (and George in particular) next time we have a plumbing issue.

    Broken faucet

    I called Mr. Rooter to come to my place to fix a faucet in my bathroom that was constantly running. Within an hour, Ron Jackson came to my house and explained everything surrounding the job in great detail. He fixed the problem very quickly and was very professional while doing so, asking multiple times if I had any questions. Thanks for your help Ron!
