    Backed up drain

    They arrived promptly and was very quick to resolve the issue. They give a quote so you know what you are aware if the costs. They even suggested preventative solutions so it doesn't happen again. Bought that product -bio choices is the product they sell. They had to snake about 30 feet. Glad that it was not more serious

    Dental Office - changed 2 faucets

    Work was done very efficiently without any interruption to our working day. When Ron discovered that a shut off valve was not working, he replaced it in order that we would not have a problem in the future. Work was done with the minimum of inconvenience to us.

    Clogged toilet in the powder room on the main floor

    Ron Jackson was the licensed plumber that came out and he was punctual and professional.He explained everything to me before he started to do his job. It was done very professionally and clean.I will surely recommend this company and especially Ron. Very satisfied.

    Kitchen sink repair

    Brian M. was my technician. He was so nice and upfront about costs and the work that needed to be done. He was polite and very professional. My cat loved Brian! Thank you !

    Toilet Repair

    The toilet in my rental property overflowed and Mr. Rooter was able to send someone ASAP to assess the issue. Rick Phillips was EXCELLENT. He went to the property assessed the issue and was able to not only fix the problem asap, but also provided me with his honest assessment of the cause. As the technician, he went above and beyond to ensure that I as a landlord had a complete understanding of the problem so that it would never happen again. And given that I don't live there, that was extremely helpful! He was so considerate to help save me from future plumbing issues. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and ask for Rick!

    Flo Logic installation

    We had a flood in our home and our insurance company suggested that we install a flo logic system. This was done to prevent future water leaking problems. Mr. Rooter did the work and were a pleasure to deal with.

    Assessment of a clogged toilet drain

    Mr. Rooter came same day...they rolled out a red carpet...they were beyond friendly (from the rep on the phone to that actual technician)...and they gave incredible service. They were honest and explained that there wasn't a problem that needed fixing (or that they could actually do). I worked with Daniel K and he was honest, explained my options, and was so friendly. Then... he gave me advice I will need for the future regarding my particular plumbing system. I'll never use another plumbing service!!! Thank you Daniel K and Mr. Rooter.

    Underground water leak in basement. A++ services.

    I had an underground water leak in our basement and we can tell because the noise coming from the pipe and the pressure dropped by almost half to our house water supply. I initially called another "large" plumbing company to get an estimate and hired them to fix the issue. When the day came this company sent some very unprofessional plumbers who didn't know what to do or how to fix the issue. We were very upset about the whole thing because not only they wasted a whole day of ours they told us it will cost more to fix the issue then the initial estimate. I was checking on line and came across Mr Rooters plumbing services and their good reviews. So, I thought I give them a call and I can tell this is the best decision I probably made in recent years. They were very professional from the get go. Reception told me she will have someone in my house between 12 to 1pm to check the issue and they did just that during the weekend. The technician who came to survey and provide us estimate Mr Robert Plantic was very professional and polite. We have agreed to proceed with the job and he sent one of his best experienced plumber Mr Igore to complete the job. He was very professional and friendly, and saved us lots of headache and didn't do any damage to our basement. He was able to locate and troubleshoot the issue. Within half day job was completed. Amazing thing is I paid less money then original estimate because they were able to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Hats off to Patrick and Igore for their efficient, reliable and honest services. Thanks to Mr Rooter for having such professional people. I definately recommend them to everyone. Thanks Rajesh Chowdhury

    Septic Tank Inspection

    I have two septic tanks that needed inspecting following our house purchase. The rep came and gave us an estimate on the costs and then came back a few days later to do the actual inspection. I did the digging, to save cost, but the inspection was done in a timely and efficient fashion with him explaining at every step what he was seeing on the camera as well as what the causes might be. In the end all was fine and it just needed pumping for which he recommended a company (who came and did the job a couple days later).

    Fixing Kitchen Sink

    Our kitchen sink was leaking. Brian M found the problem in minutes and fixed it quickly and with no mess. In addition, he made several suggestions to improve the functioning of our sink and the water in the house. We have used Mr. Rooter and Brian M several times and have always been impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. We will continue to count on them for our plumbing issues.
