Mr. Rooter Plumbing of GTA reviews (1922)

We had no idea that the drain was slow until our washing maching and dishwasher drained together and grey water overflowed from the basement drain. Travis came the next morning and had a look down the outside vent and determined that the blockage was under the house. The city came by and confirmed his logic. He came the same afternoon and cleared the roots from a faulty joint. See photo from the "see-camera" that hunts down the offending issue. Travis was careful and considerate. Problem solved... Hopefully for many years.

Water started to back up in the basement, and as confirmed by the city, one other company and Mr Rooter, it was a root problem with no easy fix. Robert and his crew started promptly the next morning, with the pipes replaced and backflow valve added by early afternoon next day. Robert was very friendly, explained everything thoroughly, presented options and was happy to answer any questions. He even helped me with a small DIY project. His crew were nice and courteous, plus with all the digging outside and breaking of concrete inside, left surprisingly little mess. The price was right in line, and in fact a little less than another quote we received. Starting with the nice lady who answered the phone, they have been great to deal with.

Nasir Ahmad is an exceptional Plumber. He is friendly, courteous and very detailed at his work! He really cares about costumer's concerns. He goes beyond his duty to make sure that his costumer's are totally happy with his work. He is very efficient and leaves by checking his work and leaving the place spotless! Chris Cochrane our technician was very professional and courteous. The work was done in clean manner. Overall happy with his service. Would not hesitate in using Mr. Rooter again for future plumbing needs.

I called Mr. Rooter mid to late morning on a Wednesday and they dispatched someone within an hour! Ron showed up and introduced himself, came inside and put down a little mat in the front to keep the dirt at bay. I showed him the issue and he explained right away what the process was going to be, what he was going to do and WHY he was going to do it. This particular valve was in a very tight hard to get at spot, so I let him know that if we had to put a hole in the wall, it wouldn't be the end of the world, but he was able to do the repair without having to make any additional holes, which was great! While he was at it, he noticed some other issues and brought them to my attention, including repair needed on our main water valve (explained what was happening, what we would need to do, which included calling the city to turn off the water, and why it needed to be fixed), a loose faucet in our upstairs bathroom (would have had NO clue it was loose and needed replacing) and he also checked out the other flow valve in the basement for our garage and found no issues. I've never had to use a plumber before and I'm incredibly happy with the service I received. Ron was courteous, friendly (had no issues dealing with my mean kitty!), and made everything crystal clear before he started any work. He also noted that he couldn't do any work besides what was on the workorder (I had to sign off on) without my express consent and signature, which was nice to know. He was able to give me quotes for the other two jobs that we need to get done, zero pressure to book immediately or commit, and we discussed some options for faucets and what he would recommend in our case. Can't say enough about Mr. Rooter and Ron - very happy to say that we now have a plumber we will call on if we ever have any issues again! Highly highly highly recommend!!!

I would sincerely recommend the plumbing services of Mr Rooter and specifically, the lead plumber, Mr. Plantic. The quality of service was perfect. Mr. Plantic was at all times professional, knowledgable, and efficient. The work was done correctly, neatly, and quickly. I now consider Mr Rooter Plumbing the company that I will return to for all of our plumbing needs. If you want to find a plumbing company you can trust, this is it. Ask for plumber Mr. Plantic - the best in his field.

Had my toliet and tub back up in the middle of the night called Mr rooter and Robert came out to take a look. He was very professional and nice. He showed me the problem on his camera that roots broke all through the pipes and explained the process of repair. He was able to drain the water and sewage and advised us to not use the water. We finalized repair details and him and his crew would be here by 9am the next day. They arrived at 8am which impresses me , they quickly got to work making sure the area was covered off and the area they walked from the door was also covered with tarps. They were all very professional and polite and did not waste any time. They broke for lunch and got back to the job within 20min. I has water back within 3 hours of them arriving. Overall highly impressed and woukd recommend Robert snd his crew to anyone. Very professional polite and clean . They really knew what they were doing .

Ron Jackson was the plumber who came. He was friendly, polite, efficient and completed the job in a few hours.

Ron Jackson arrived within the time Amanda specified. He was thoughtful, put down the carpet and went to the leak under the sink. He charged me the minimum amount possible, even though it was a Saturday night at 8:00. He offered to check the other drains as this was obviously a home reno job before I bought the home. I use this company for all of the plumbing needs - they just replaced the floor/sewer drains and all is great!

We were lucky enough to have Chris Cochrane as our plumber. He was very nice and worked very hard to fix two of our toilets. He gave us the best deal possible for our repairs and offered us a membership to Mr. Rooter which we accepted. Totally recommend Mr. Cochrane to anybody needing a plumber, he is extremely efficient and a very pleasant man with a continually good attitude despite the hard labour he had to do in this repair. I've never used Mr.rooter before, but after this experience with Mr. Cochrane, I will definitely be using them again.
