    Clogging

    I live in Richmond Hill and got completely clogged kitchen sink recently. I called Mr. Rooter. Peter Wasilewski from Mr. Rooter provided excellent service to solve this problem in minimum time.I definitely suggest this person

    Water leakage from toilet

    There was water leakage from toilet, affecting my unit and the unit below. Ron was the technician sent to me by Mr Rooter Plumbing. He replaced the fill valve as well as the shut-off valve. The toilet has been working fine since. One of the things I liked best about Ron was his honesty. He explained the problem in a detailed way and was considerate of the expenses. Initial inspection was at zero cost. A one-year guarantee was also offered.

    bathroom

    The faucet in the bathtub had to be changed because it wasn't woring. Ron jackson did a wonderful job

    Kitchen drain clogged

    My kitchen drain was badly clogged. I tried vinegar & baking soda, plunging, Draino and a 20 ft. auger. I kept at it for quite a few days. I knew I needed a drain specialist, so I finally called Mr. Rooter. Ron Jackson arrived within 2 hours of my call. He put down drop sheets to protect my floors and set to work. The clog was quite a bit further into my drain than the 20 ft. When Ron reached the clog, he continued to add additional lengths to make sure there were no more obstructions. He was neat, clean, thorough and respectful of my home. I also asked him for info. on a backwater valve to be installed. He took the time to look at my property and explain the 2 different methods of installation, inside or outside. Ron emailed me a quote on this and I am considering having this done as well. I would not hesitate to refer Mr. Rooter to my friends and family.

    Back-up Sewage in Basement

    We discovered a sewage problem on a Saturday in our basement that required immediate attention. I called Mr. Rooter mid-afternoon and Robert Plantic showed up within a couple hours. He diagnosed our issue quickly with the camera - tree roots compromising outflow in old clay piping on our property that connected to the city sewage line. The solution was to clear the roots and replace the clay pipe which Rob had a crew on our property by 8:00am on Monday to do. The job was completed by late afternoon. Robert was professional, clear with his explanation of the issues we faced and provide prompt service. We're grateful to have this remedied probably within days before it got much worse!

    Drilled to replace old pipes in basement, added weeping tile, and more

    We were in a mess with old collapsed pipes in our house (over 60 yrs old) sewage issues, and more. Robert was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful in our stressful situation, as was his crew. Arson got the job done faster than we imagined, and they left our house tidy and well taken care of. It was a big job that seemed daunting, but they took care of everything, and it's better than it was before the inciting mess even happened. We would recommend Robert and his team to anyone with plumbing issues. Thanks Robert!

    Replaced bathroom sink. Rebuilt toilet.

    Ron Jackson was the technician. He was excellent-worked steadily, efficiently and left the place clean and tidy. He showed me what he had done at the end and I was very pleased with the end result.

    Toilet plumbing

    Todd was very professional and did a great job. I strongly recommend Rooter for any plumbing issues. They are very efficient , courteous and run a very streamlined operation. I'm glad I chose them for my plumbing issue.

    President

    The City of Toronto insisted we have a back flow detector installed in our factory and head office. Mr. Rooter GTA assigned a top flight, trained plumber Ziggy who came out and first estimated and explained the job in great detail. We gave the go ahead and the job was done promptly and efficiently including getting the mandatory building permit from the City and performing the mandatory test of the new back flow preventer . We also got a discount for signing up as a preferred customer and we commissioned additional work at the same time and all of it was done to code and a high standard.
