    drain pipe

    Had to replace the drain pipe after a leak was discovered in it, Waqas was very helpful and professional. He made sure all the work was done properly because the dig crew had to work around the french drain system that was just put in (waterproofing company damaged the pipe). The digging crew did a great job and kept my house very clean. The house that I purchased had many plumbing, water and sewer issues and I am very grateful to Mr Rooter for all the work they have done to fix the house up properly-and a special thanks to Fred for overseeing each project !

    Plumbing repairs

    Grant is a great plumber. He knows his job inside and out ; he had all the answers to my questions. If you need a Mr. Rooter plumber ask for Grant. He's the bestest!

    Residential Plumbing

    I booked a service appt online on a Sunday, They called within 15 mins, to confirm appt for first thing Mon morning. An hour before scheduled appt., I received a confirmation call and Greg arrived right on time. Fantastic communication/customer service!Greg was thorough, extremely professional and explained what repairs were needed INCLUDING options - absolutely no heavy handed upselling - straightforward information and prices allowing us to make the decision that best suited us. Greg was also meticulous in his clean up during and after the repair.Great repair and customer service all around - highly recommend Greg and Mr Rooter.

    Faucet

    I had two bathroom faucets that were calcified and need to be replaced. the problem was explained to me. I also indicated that I wanted a high faucet. The plumber was able to get me two Moen faucets that were beautiful and had a life time warranty. The work was done efficiently and there was no mess left.

    Toilet

    We called Mr Rooter to have a look at our toilet as the flapper was broken. Waqas arrived within the time window and was very pleasant and professional. He determined we needed a new flapper, fill valve and braided hose. Waqas explained everything clearly to us. It took him no time at all to complete the work. We are very happy with the results. Thank you again, Mr Rooter and Waqas.

    Emergency bathroom plumbing

    The bathtub faucet would not shut off and we needed to leave for a flight in 4 hours. Mr. Rooter was very responsive and Brian M was here within one hour. He was very polite and thorough and repaired the faucet in < 1 hour.

    Drain pipe replacement/excavation/backflow valve installation

    Phil and his team were fantastic. Just over 24 hours from initial call to completion. Phil gave great advice and options, crew was efficient, careful and considerate. Can't recommend them highly enough.

    Broken underground pipes/ install back flow

    I emailed Mr Rooter late at night and very quickly got an appointment for the next day. Phil was the person that came to explain to me what drain/pipe issue that I had and provide me a quote. He was thorough and informative. I hired them and they got the job done very quickly; in 1 day. I was not happy with the location of the surface pipes and they were fabulous in returning to accommodate me and re-routed the pipes slightly. Phil did not wrap the job until I was a satisfied customer.
