Yet more fantastic service from Mr. Rooter
I've had a membership with Mr. Rooter since the early 2000s, when I first moved out of my parents' house. It has been worth it every time. Not only do members get discounted service and put on to a priority waiting list, their service has never been anything less than spectacular.
Since our move to a new home nearly 7 years ago, the few times we've needed service we've received thorough inspections of the problem(s) as well as a cursory inspection of any future issues we might encounter. Our plumbers have always been helpful, fast and are sure to leave their workspace clean when they leave.
During the most recent visit, we needed our kitchen drain snaked. George had a look at the exposed plumbing on lower floor to get a sense of what direction the drain lines run and about how long of a distance he was going to have to snake. After pulling some thoroughly nasty grease plugs out of our plumbing, not only is the kitchen drain running smoothly, it even (unexpectedly!) cleared up a lot of the difficulty we were having in the second floor sink drain.
I continue to be a very satisfied customer.
