    Bathroom toilet, shutoff valve replacement and repair line n trap

    Rick Phillips was our technician and he was phenomenal. Incredibly knowledgeable and fully explained everything to us thoroughly. Rick is very professional, respectful and personable. We would highly recommend Mr Rooter and especially Rick. We won't hesitate to call him for any future plumbing jobs

    Residential Plumbing

    Our old pump was no longer functioning. It was replaced with a higher quality model, tested, and the existing tubing was checked to ensure that it did not need to be replaced.

    Blocked and slow drain(s)

    We had a a completely closed kitchen sink drain, and two slow bathroom drains. The closing of the kitchen drain occurred on a Sunday, and Mr. Rooter sent someone out within an hour of my call. The plumber sent (Waqas) was courteous, ensured he left no mess, explained everything he planned to do (snaking), and the cost, before proceeding. I have used this company once before for a major plumbing job, and had a similar, excellent experience. I recommend contacting Mr. Rooter for plumbing problems of any scale without reservation.

    Bathroom toilet leaking

    Leak was repaired and still working fine, thank-you! Service representative was professional and courteous!

    Leaking valve at the main shut-off valve in the Basement.

    The main shut-off valve in the Basement was leaking at the valve stem. The valve was replaced with a new ball valve and work was completed in short order. Brian M. was very organized and well prepared for the service. Co-ordination with the City Public Works and Brian worked well and everything was complete in a minimal amount of time. Mr. Rooter's response to any of my phone calls was handled pleasantly and completely. We are pleased with the professionalism shown by Brian M. and Customer Service.

    Emergency kitchen plumbing issue

    Our kitchen sink suddenly stopped draining and was severely clogged. Within an hour Mr. Rooter sent someone to assess the issue. Within a couple of hours the issue was rectified. Service person was knowledgeable and efficient and explained every step of the process. Warranty on the required replacements were given and clean up was excellent! Definitely recommend Mr. Rooter!

    When we need a plumber...we always call Mr. Rooter

    Whenever we have need for a plumber, we call Mr. Rooter. They review what needs to be done and provide the cost before proceeding. Brian M. came today to assess issues with our toilets. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. I will call Mr. Rooter again.

    toilet replacement

    We’ve been using Mr. Rooter for a number of years, and they’ve always been able to solve our plumbing and water issues. You pay more than an independent plumber, but the work is done well and they stand by their work. Case in point: at 10 pm on the Thursday night before the Easter long weekend, our toilet started leaking out the bottom. We called Mr. Rooter thinking we’d get voice mail, and instead got a person. Five minutes later we had a call from their project coordinator. One of their licensed plumbers, George, was out the next morning shortly after 10 am, as promised, and on a statutory holiday. George quickly identified the problem (calcium build-up in the toilet and the flange), and recommended a new toilet. We were able to reuse the flange. A new toilet was installed two hours later (he went right back to the shop to get it). After a couple of days we realized we weren’t happy with the size of the toilet; it was just too small. On Tuesday we explained the problem to their service manager Fred. Fred promptly got back to us, and was very pleasant and professional. George was back the next morning with a larger toilet and it was installed by noon. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

    Plumbing Project - flush clogged drain

    Robert and Alex, the two technicians who unclogged our drain were great. They were efficient, hard workers, who completed the work in good time. Both were pleasant and professional. It was a messy job, but they left the work site clean. We would definitely ask for both of them again.
