    Clogged drain

    We were having a very busy Saturday night at our restaurant when water started backing up from a drain in the floor. I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to send someone within the hour. They helped to make sure we were able to get through our service, and then we set up to have our pipes clean. Brian M. was professional and courteous, would recommend.

    Quick Faucet Repair - Cartridge Replacement

    My shower faucet was broken and would not shut off. I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to send a technician who arrived within an hour. The technician, Brian MacDonald, was very friendly and explained the repair thoroughly before starting any work. A diagnostics (without repair) would've been $117 and to repair $345 before tax. The problem seemed to be a faulty cartridge and the previous technician that installed it did not lube it properly. It's a brand new building and a Moen lever, so should not have broken so easily. Knowing this, Brian even indicated the situation in the invoice so it would be easy for me to claim warranty in the future. Although the fix was very pricey in my opinion, Mr. Rooter provided very professional work, came to my home very quickly and the repair also includes warranty.

    Dishwasher Install

    Had all the right tools with him (Justin), and was very professional in both demeanor and work ethic. The job was done well despite the difficulties of using all existing connections. Heck, he even showed up an hour after I called. He is a real asset to the company.

    Condo Plumbing

    Greg came in and replaced everything super well and was a delight to chat with. He checked more than 5 times to see if everything was done and was super attentive to detail. We loved his work!

    Bathtubfaucet and main shot off valve repair

    Good job done, very friendly, reliable, expert on their work; but they need to be on time!

    Kitchen faucets

    I had called Mr Rooter today for service on our kitchen faucets. We had been having a small leak for several days. The technician was knowledgeable as to finding the problem immediately and ordered the parts in order to return the next day to do the required fix. Very happy with the service

    Broken kitchen faucet and water shut-off valve

    Booking a technician was fast and efficient. Brian M came the same day to diagnose the problem and provide a quote. Once I bought a replacement faucet ( which Brian helpfully recommended) I booked the actual service appointment. Brian showed up at the appointed time and quickly finished the job. He was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks for fixing this irritating plumbing problem!

    Lots of plumbing work

    Will came and helped us with lots of work in our house. He explained everything and was extremely helpful and kind. He will be back to do some more work and we will be happy to have him

    Replacing broken pipes to the septic system

    We were very happy with the service we obtained right from the start. Same day quote with work starting within a few days. Both Alex and Anthony were very professional and thorough. It was a team effort by 3 individuals and the work was done quickly within one day. We had confidence in that they knew what they were doing. There was a large mess as a result of the work and we were thrilled with the clean up that they did afterwards. Very pleased with the work from start to finish.

    Leaking toilet

    The toilet mechanism have grown old and needed replacement due to water loss. The mechanisms were replaced with a good understanding given of what was needed and why. There was no hard sell. Two toilets were properly updated and sink "snaked". Good and professional work.
