    Residential Plumbing, Shower Drain.

    Greg was very helpful, calm and professional during his visits. He fixed the repairs that needed to be done and also was able to help fix another plumbing matter that he was not initially called in to repair that appeared after the fact. He explained all work precisely. He was great.

    Installation of faucet and garbage disposal

    Chris from Mr. Rooter in Oshawa arrived on time and quickly surveyed the situation. He explained that the plumbing under my sink was a bit complex to accommodate a garbage disposal. Because of that, it took a bit longer than anticipated, but Chris did a great job. Both faucet and disposal work great, and he cleaned everything up. We're very pleased with the results. I highly recommend the company, and be sure to request Chris!

    Blocked kitchen sink

    Rick was my plumber and was very prompt and courteous. He was extremely helpful, pointing out that the piping system in my kitchen sink was "illegal". I called the people that had renovated my kitchen and, with Rick's help, was able to tell them exactly what was wrong and they agreed to pay for replacement of the pipes. Rick explained exactly what he was doing and advised me what to do on a daily basis to make sure that my sink stayed free of clogs. I was lucky to have Rick as my plumber for the second time.

    Bathroom powder room toilet repair

    I met Chris Cochrane, the plumber and he accessed my problem with my toilet and then proceeded to repair it. I found Chris very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He was punctualable and was very professional.

    Install Backflow Preventer & replace main drain system in house

    Our main drain was clogged. I rented a snake and tried freeing it three times with no luck. Mr. Rooter came out @ 1:00 a.m. and camera'd it to see what they could do, but got stuck at the same spot I did. The camera told the story. We had the troubled old clay P-trap replaced with a backflow preventer. Based on the condition of the rest of the clay pipe, Stephen Hughes presented us with a few other options ranging from leaving it as is and hope to get by for a few years all the way up to replacing everything from stack to street with plastic. Everything considered we went with a full replacement. The team of workers that did the job were very organized and professional. Aside from a small deposit up front, Mr. Rooter didn't ask for any money, and even when the job was done did not even bring up the issue of payment until they had re-camera'd to show us the new drain line and backflow preventer from the inside. The price we paid was fair and the job comes with a 25 year warranty, so I'm sure everyone will dump happily ever after.

    Grant the Great!

    We had a pipe that burst in our home on a Friday night and Grant quickly came to our rescue. He figured out the problem right away and where the problem was. He fixed everything with the least amount of damage and was very reassuring the entire time. Grant brought towels to cover everything and he also cleaned everything up before he left. I would greatly recommend Grant as well as Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone looking for a fair and reliable company.

    Residential Plumbing

    Greg Hertler from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to my residence to address a problem with my kitchen sink (it was backing-up). Greg was professional, polite, and friendly. He explained everything very clearly and prior to undertaking any work, and answered all of my questions very effectively. I would recommend Greg without hesitation, and will certainly contact him for any future plumbing work I require.

    Sump pump

    I have used this company several times. Fred is the Manager and he is so amazing! We had a giant flood and their services were done efficiently with 110%. I thought my sump pump was not working. Fred stopped by, did a few things and Voila! No charge! I would give them 100 out of 10!!!
