Our bathtub had a pretty continuous leak, and then we noticed Carpenter ants in the bathroom. This is evidence of a leak behind the wall.
We called Mr. Rooter on Friday, hoping for someone to come soon. They could actually come that day, but I would not have been home. We made an appointment for Friday morning. The lady making the appointment was great.
We got a call Saturday morning letting us know the plumber was on his way and would be there within an hour. Sure enough, Carey showed up, right on time.
We explained our problem, and he was able to figure out pretty quickly what was going on. He explained the nature of the work to be done and gave us a quote. We accepted and he got right to work.
Carey was the consummate professional, explaining what he was doing and why, and gave us tips for the future.
As an aside, when we bought the house the bathtub had the water temperature reversed. When it should have been cold it was hot, when it should have been hot it was cold. Carey also fixed this for us.
We got the lifetime membership and would strongly recommend anyone else using their services do so as well.
We have a somewhat significant project in the Kitchen coming up, and we will absolutely use Mr. Rooter, and have zero worries.
