    Replace 4" cast iron stack pipe to plastic and replace brass toilet flange and lead bend with plastic to the stack up to 5 feet

    I was so fortunate to get Travis Magee, Drain Specialist to help me with my plumbing nightmare. His expertise in finding the problem and solution helped put me at ease. Arsen and his assistant, who came in to excavate and put in all the plumbing were also very professional and hardworking. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Travis also helped me fill out the application to receive a rebate from the city. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and their team of experts.

    Plumbing repair-bathtub

    Carey was amazing today. This is my second time using this company with excellent results. We tried this repair ourselves but could not locate the parts, even from plumbing supply stores. Carey went out of his way, found the difficult part and saved me hundreds in home repairs. Courteous, professional and on time. Carey-thank you for doing an amazing job!

    Kitchen sink drain issue

    We booked on Sunday and settled for a Monday morning visit. Our plumber was Greg Hertler - very soft spoken, polite, and professional person. I explained the problem and what I did to troubleshoot my kitchen sink clogging issue. Greg was nice to listen to my troubleshooting stories and went with my theory. He was thorough with keeping my clean by making sure everything was covered from splashes. He did his best and kept his cool while trying to de-clog a really stubborn grease build in the drain pipe. He tried about 3-4 times and changing the drain snake's tip to break though that grease wall. He was successful and the whole thing took about 2 1/2 hours. His manager Ken McBride did come by to make sure everything was well - which in my opinion, is a nice thing to do. After the the job is done they cleaned up well and off they went. I thought the cost was a bit pricey but these guys have the right tools and the right attitude for the job. If I could give any advice to anyone else having a drain issue, from what Ken and Greg recommended me NOT to do is use draino or any harsh acid type of de-clogging product. These types of chemicals are expensive, not environmentally friendly, and most of all the cause of future drain blockages. It seems that after a while the chemicals in these products hardens and settles in the pipes causing the pipe to further clog. Or as per Ken McBride, the pipe is like your artery and grease is the cholesterol. Overall, I would recommend Mr. Rooter for your more advanced / stubborn drain problems.

    Replace shuttoff valve

    From the answering service to the service technician, all the staff treated me with kindness, were grateful for my business, and were respectful of my home. Along with a full explanation of the job they were going to do, Rick added many ideas on steps I could take to prevent problems from occuring in the future. The valve was replaced, the leak stopped, and the work area was cleaned up. Rick did a beautiful job. I was pleased and will call Mr Rooter for all my plumbing needs in the future.

    Moen Positemp replacement

    Top notch service from top to bottom. Even for a weekend emergency, we were informed that outside of a 'truck fee' (which would be waived/absorbed into the final fee if service was rendered), there would be no difference in cost between weekday and weekend service. We had the pleasure of working with Ron J. from Scarborough location. Ron was very knowledgeable in his craft, and one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. Our issue was challenging, but Ron was up to the task - he saw the mess we were in, but instead of saying 'no thanks' and running off with the truck fee, he dug in, and did his darned hardest to get us out of our jam. Ron brought in every tool in his arsenal, and was extremely professional in keeping us all safe, as the shower he was fixing was extremely challenging and design was an issue (PEX and studs in the way of his torch). Because of the challenging situation, Ron put in a hard hour and a half for what he admitted he thought 'would have been a 20 minute job', but did not complain one bit, and made sure he pulled out of the bag a job most others would have quit on. We are most gracious to Ron for his professional work and skill. Ron is a great all-round guy, and one of the most positive people you could ever meet. We would be happy and confident to recommend Ron to anyone needing a plumber. Thank you Ron and Mr Rooter for your great work.

    Plumbing

    Got a friendly and quality service From George Shakh. Highly recommended. I recommend this company other than smaller ones because they can guarantee the work that is done. I will be in touch with them for my upcoming project.

    Main drain

    We had a serious backup of sewage from our basement drain. Rob the technician was amazing at identifying and explaining the problem. Professional and very competent. Rob did not leave until our issue was solved and all our options were presented.

    Replace bathroom faucets

    Greg Hertler came out to re and re a set of bathroom faucets. The workmanship looks very good and the service was prompt and friendly. The work area was cleaned and overall the results were professional. I would use this service again.

    sewage pipe repair
