    Shut off valves in old house

    This is the second time we have called Mr Rooter. The first time was upgrading shutoff valves in a very tight and tricky area of our kitchen and downstairs powder room. We have a very old house and everything is seized up. Justin.R came and he was very polite, professional and delicate with our home which is one of our concerns whenever a trades person does work on our house. We've had some bad experiences. Justin.R of Mr.Rooter did the job fast and clean. We could tell that he is an artisan of the trade. The second time we called Mr.Rooter for some more pipe work. We specifically asked the secretary for Justin.R. She sent him and again, the work was done very well. Plus, he gave us theoretical explanations about other concerns we had with our plumbing. Mr. Rooter may not give free estimates, but the pricing is standard (they have a binder for all sorts of work and quotes) so they can be trusted with their estimates and the professionalism is good and worth every cent.

    clogged sink

    Waqas was punctual, pleasant and very helpful in fixing my clogged sink. He also made recommendations for other plumbing in my home. The person who booked the appointment was very friendly and called in the morning to say he was on his way.

    Plumbing

    Thanks Rob C. for your excellent help and service that was on time, quick, and friendly! We had a new dishwasher installed and the shut off valve broke (was leaking). The next day Mr Rooter's Rob arrived and replaced with a new valve. Highly recommend Mr Rooter to anyone!

    Emergency repair of plumbing leak

    When the plumber I have used for 12 years refused emergency service on a Sunday, I was desperate and I called several companies. I lucked out when I called Mr. Rooter. Plumber Robert Plantic turned up at the house three hours later and replumbed the pipes and the mixing valve going into the hot water heater, and I was able to turn the water back on for my tenants---a few hours after we discovered the leak. I was so impressed I bought into Mr. Rooter's Advantage Plan. Robert Plantic was kind and understanding. He explained the problem clearly and gave me the price for the job before he started. I feel very grateful to him. He charged nothing extra for Sunday service. I recommend him highly. I manage three properties in downtown Toronto. This will be the plumber I call for future jobs. Plantic earned my business.

    Sink Clogged

    I called Mr Rooter for assistance when my kitchen sink was clogged. The technician Brian P came. He did excellent work. Brian did a complete job! He was professional and determined to source out the problem. Thank you!

    Drain pipe replacement/repair

    Travis M. and his crew were just excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. They dealt with a complicated (and nasty) problem quickly and effectively. It was a tough job but they took it on and did great work, quickly. We're thrilled with the results. They are pros and it shows. Great job. Highly recommended.

    Toilet Trouble

    It was the coldest day of winter and my toilet could not stop leaking water into the bowl. So I first called a company (that has a cute baby in their ads) that told me they could only come the next day since they were all booked. So I found Mr. Rooter and Brian M arrived in just a few short hours. He quickly found the problem, changed the part, and made everything run smoothly. Brian knew his stuff and did everything in a very gentle yet clean way. I was happy by how fast everything was done from call to finish (and this is during a time when everyone was having pipe issues because of the cold). I was impressed!

    Plumbing work

    Excellent job. Waqas was pleasant, professional, knowledgable and friendly. He arrived on time and was quick and efficient. Didn't try to sell us on a bunch of things we didn't need. I would call him again if we need more work done.

    Toilet Problems

    Wagas our technician was very professional and courteous. He explained the problem and fixed it.We were very satisfied and happy with the quality of work.Would highly recommend Wagas.Thanks to him and Mr.Rooter.
