    Frozen Pipes

    Initially I had a bad experience having called and waited 2 and a half hours for someone to tell me no one was coming... after getting frustrated and having some words, the representative called me back a half hour later and told me someone was on the way... and then Rick showed up! He made all the earlier frustration go away... he was courteous, personable and helpful beyond the task at hand pointing out an issue with my furnace. Rick is a superstar... he turned a bad experience into a good one!

    Plumbing

    Robert was friendly, efficient and informative. He immediately put me at ease when he quickly located the problem and started to work on the solution. I would have Robert again and highly recommend him to friends and family.

    Plumbing

    Robert was incredibly helpful in explaining the reasons behind the issues and what I can do to help prevent them in the future. He explained some concerns he saw in general for future repair too. So not only was he thorough in fixing the clogs but he went above and beyond what I expected or had experienced with another technician from Mr Rooter.

    Plumbing

    I had a pipe leaking under my kitchen sink and Brian P from Mr Rooter showed up right on time and solved my problem immediately with friendly service! Thank you!

    Plumbing

    My water bill was three times higher than normal, so I contacted Mr. Rooter for a plumber. Waqas did a thorough analysis of all faucets and valves, pressure of showers, etc. and identified quickly that the toilet was leaking water inside the bowl. His explanation was very clear, I find his work was efficient and very professional . After all the adjustment and installation of new flipper and valve he also showed me where the indication of changes in the water meter. I am very pleased with his work. An excellent plumber. I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to friends.

    Install Toilet

    I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to replace my toilet and also to replace the pipe under my kitchen sink. Brian P. arrived and performed the work. Fantastic! Fastest service in town with lovely people! I highly recommend them.

    Burst Pipe

    Had a pipe burst and made a call to Mr. Rooter who had a plumber over in 45 minutes after my call. Wagas the plumber found the issue quickly and repaired it with skill. He made suggestions to prevent any future issues arising. So impressed with him I signed up for member services. Good job Wagas

    Diagnose Problem

    We had experienced a plumbing problem for more than a year - water occasionally leaking into our basement from the kitchen above. A plumbing company attempted to resolve the problem but even after cutting away pieces of the basement ceiling, could not find the cause. As the situation worsened, we called Mr Rooter. The technician, Michael Bellehumeur, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and, although it presented quite a challenge, was able to correct it. The work was professionally completed and the work area left spotless. We have no hesitation in recommending him to our neighbours and friends.

    broken pipe repair

    Sunday morning: discovered that our furnace was dead AND that a pipe connected to the water heater was spraying water around the furnace room. We have tenants and we like to keep them happy, so both these issues needed to be fixed ASAP. Called Mr. Rooter, our usual plumber, to deal with the pipe, but because of the volume of emergencies already, at first nobody was available to come fix the pipe today ... however, Shelly (at head office) was amazing; she called me back an hour after I'd spoken with her and said she'd managed to find a technician available to fix the pipe. Brian M. was here less than an hour later and the pipe is now fixed + he gave us some very good advice about our water heater. Shelly was stellar and we are very grateful to her for finding us a plumber that could come; Brian the plumber was exceptionally courteous and got the job done quickly. Thank you to Mr. Rooter, Brian M. and Shelly! Once again, Mr. Rooter has fixed plumbing disasters in our home. Great service!

    Toilet Running

    I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing as we have their Advantage Plan Membership. Our toilet on the second floor kept running. Brian P. arrived and was able to solve the problem. Brian is always excellent, on time, professional and does top notch work.
