    Leak in Ceiling

    I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing because we had a leak coming through our ceiling. Brian P. arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem - the kitchen faucet was leaking down through the basement ceiling. Brian was prompt, reliable, and courteous.

    Plumbing

    WOW! Amazingly responsive and professional. This was my first experience using Homestar as a place to come look for contractors since my pipes burst with the cold weather, I didn't have time to network around for contacts. I was in an emergency situation. These guys had such amazing reviews, we called them, they came out that night at 7pm and again in the morning to properly scope out the work and investigate. They gave us a few options and had my plumbing re-done and water back on within 2 days as promised, on time and for the cost quoted. They were very professional and helpful. Plus he cleaned up his mess even though the place was already a mess, he didn't add to it unnecessarily. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

    Plumbing repair

    The freezing weather resulted in a burst pipe and flood in my basement. I had to turn off the water. Fortunately Mr. Rooter sent Mike Bellehumeur within several hours. Mike repaired the leak and resolved the problem. He did excellent, careful work, explained things clearly to me, and cleaned the work space beautifully. Mike is extremely honest, punctual and personable. I highly recommend Mike Bellehumeur and Mr Rooter. (Because this was still under warranty, there was no charge so the price is approximate.)

    Kitchen Plumbing

    Having recently used Mr. Rooters, we contacted them again when we had kitchen plumbing issues. Again, we were very pleased with the promptness of the service as well as the professionalism of the Plumbing Technician, Brian M. It was during a very busy period for the company but they were able to provide a same day service call in the evening. Brian M. was able to address our problem with our kitchen sink pipes and also provided preventative tips for the future. We are happy with the service received and definitely will use Mr. Rooters again.

    Frozen Pipes Outside

    I would like to thank Waqas and Fred and their crew for an excellent job. Professional, friendly service and able to answer all my questions clearly. The frozen pipe was in an awkward location but Fred found a simpler more effective solution than other contractors i spoke with. Highly recommended.

    Kitchen Water Pressure

    We have used Mr. Rooter several times and they are always professional and do excellent work. We arranged for Mr. Rooter to come fix an issue with our hot water pressure and Waqas arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was exceptionally professional, ensured I was aware of the cost ahead of time and quickly fixed the problem. He even tightened our faucet when he noticed it was coming loose - not something he had to do. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and I will certainly be requesting Waqas for future jobs.

    Burst Water Pipe

    Called Tuesday evening with a burst pipe in the basement. Dispatch was friendly and assured that someone would be over within an hour and they were. Mike Bellehumeur was the technician. Mike was friendly and very professional. Mike located the pipe and had it fixed quickly, highly recommend him.

    Plumbing

    Peter did an excellent job for us. He is a good plumber. We called Mr Rooter for assistance when a pipe was dripping in our basement. Everything was fantastic! Thank you!He also fixed our bathroom taps.

    Plumbing

    Peter from Mr Rooter came to service my leaking faucet. He was very helpful, informative and friendly. I would recommend Peter and Mr Rooter to others, even my 87 year old mother! I took a business card for my mom and for myself for any future problems!

    Pipe Leaking

    I had excellent service! The technician Rob explained what the procedure was going to be. I really recommend Mr Rooter. They are prompt with what they do. Great job, very polite, clear communication throughout the process, very reliable. Thank you!
