    Leak Under Kitchen Sink

I called Priority Plumbing last week because I had a major leak under my kitchen sink. I was washing dishes, when all of a sudden I heard water rushing under the sink. When I opened the cupboard door, I discovered that the pipe underneath had some how broken, and there was water everywhere! When Steven arrived, he was very polite and professional, and explained to me that the trap had deteriorated away and that all the plumbing underneath the sink had to be replaced. I was a little hesitant at first about going ahead with the work since it was over $500.00, but in the end I was glad that I let Steven do the work. He even went through the rest of my house and told me that I should be replacing my emergency shut off valve for my upstairs toilet since they were ceased. Overall it was well worth spending the money, and I would definitely use their services again.

    Main Sewer Backup

Priority Plumbing exceeded my expectations for customer relations and prompt service. Two days before Christmas my main line backed-up flooding my basement. Priority Plumber Mike Colaguori and their construction team, lead by Vitali, dug-up and replaced my root compromised pipes. Mike and Vitali did a fantastic, professional job. Working on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and following-up on Boxing Day – the Priority Plumbing team resolved my plumbing tragedy over the holidays effectively and professionally. I would strongly recommend Priority Plumbing for any drainage issue.

    Frozen Pipes

"We wish to express our appreciation for prompt, reliable, competent and courteous services recently provided us by Priority Plumbing. Last winter during extreme cold temperatures, our pipes froze. We called Priority Plumbing and they arrived immediately and safely defrosted them. Just having purchased our house, we wanted to make sure that this didn't happen again. Priority Plumbing educated us about the various options, explained what the costs entailed, maintained excellent communications throughout, and successfully solved our problem. They provided us with such competent plumbers and excellent service, that when it was time to renovate our bathroom we called them. Priority Plumbing is not only reliable in solving any plumbing emergency but also great at bathroom renovation projects."

Re-route some pipes for a kitchen remodell

I am currently re-modelling my kitchen and needed to move some plumbing as I am re locating the kitchen sink to an island. I found Priority Plumbing online along with a couple of other companies. I must say that they were by far the most professional and it was a "no brainer" of a choice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber and will use them to hook up my fixtures when I complete the remainder of the job.

    New Water Heater

I was out on a Sunday afternoon when I got the call that my laundry room was flooding! It couldn't have happenned at a worse time because I was rushing around town, trying to get home in time as I had dinner plans that evening. I didn't know who to call so I asked a friend who highly reccommended Priority Plumbing. They came out that day within 1 hour and identified the problem as a leaking water heater. Within a couple of hours the problem was fixed and I was still able to keep my dinner plans. Steven was very polite and very knowledgeable. His work was very neat and professional. He wore shoe covers and was very careful working in my home. I feel lucky to have called Priority Plumbing and will definitely use them again should the need ever arise. Thanks Priority Plumbing!

Required a plumber to hook up a brand new faucet on a bathroom counter.

I called Priority Plumbing and was told that there would be a $49 service call whether they did the job or not. I asked what their hourly rate was and I was told there was no hourly rate. I found this odd but I also knew that the job of putting a faucet onto an already existing and hooked up water system would be straight forward and would take little time. The gentleman that came was very nice, the girl on the phone was very nice. I could not believe that he quoted $750.00 to do the job. I had a master plumber come and do the job - he was in and out in 45 minutes - cost was $140.00. I HAD TO PAY THE $49 TO PRIORITY PLUMBING FOR THE SERVICE CALL. WHAT A RIP OFF - THEY MUST MAKE A BUNDLE JUST DRIVING AROUND THE CITY MAKING OUTRAGEOUS QUOTES AND COLLECTING $50 WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING.

    Answer from pro:

Dawn, Who ever you hired for $140.00 may have been licensed, but is he a "guy" or a company. The main difference is that there is no way you will be able to "consistently" rely on this "guy" when you need him most. A "guy" in a white van and a toolbox hardly can compare to the benefits to dealing with us. Is his work guaranteed? Will it leak and if so will he honor the guarantee? For how long? Is he available 24 hours a day? Is he insured if something happens while working in your home? Does he keep records of your work for future referrence? If the work was extensive, does he offer flexible payment options? How long does he warranty parts? Our work is guaranteed for life, we offer same day service, hire only the best plumbers in Toronto and are fully insured. Our trucks are always fully stocked and ready to serve you "consistently" 24 hours a day. I'm sure if you shopped around some more you could have gotten the job done for $100 by someone who does plumbing as a "hobby" and not a professional company. We sit down and examine our prices every 3 months to ensure they are fair and accurate for the consistent value our cusomers demand. I'm sure you will see the value of hiring and paying a professional one day, if you either can't get a hold of your "guy" when you need him or he doesn't honor the workmanship. As for the $50, it did not even cover our technicians wage and the gas. It's not like it went straight into his pocket as profit. But the $140.oo went straight into your"guys" pocket because he does not have the overhead it takes to run a real business. Best of luck in the future. We are here when you need us in the future 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    New Water Service

Hi Austin, Just wanted to let you know that Dave and his colleague who did the work at our place over the last two days were extremely professional and courteous, and from what we can tell did an outstanding job of the pipe replacement. They went out of their way to inconvenience us as little as possible when turning off the water, left both the yard and basement spotless from their work, and even went beyond the call of duty when removing a rose bush by planting it in a temporary unused pot overnight to assist in preserving it. We wanted to thank them ourselves but didn't manage to catch them before they left so please pass along our sincere thanks. And thank you and Steve for your excellent service and work as well. We are glad to have discovered your company. Would highly recommend you guys! Best regards, Valorie and Neil Block

    Emergency plumbing

I was at home with my two young children without my husband who manages our property when I received a call from a distraught tenant at who had a dangerous leak in their radiator. I couldn’t get a hold of my husband and didn’t even know if I should call a plumber or a heating specialist. I luckily remembered the name of the company…Priority Plumbing. They responded immediately and sprung into action - even though it was a Saturday evening. They showed up and calmed everyone down with such experience, professionalism and knowledge that the problem was resolved quickly and everyone was able to return to enjoying their evening. I was so impressed and relieved that we had such a reliable and responsible company taking care of our needs now and in the future. Thanks Priority!!

    Leaking Toilet

I had been putting off calling a plumbing company about my leaking toilet, but today I decided to take care of it after receiving my current water bill. I called Priority Plumbing and was told that Steven would be able to take care of it for me today. Steven arrived on time, and even wore booties to protect my floor. I thought that my toilet could be repaired, but in the end Steven explained to me that it would be cheaper in the long run for me to replace the toilet with a more water efficient one. He even told me that I would be eligible to receive a $60 rebate from the City of Toronto. I thought that was great! The whole thing took about 4 hours and now I don't have to worry about high water bills anymore! I will definetly recommend them to all my friends and associates.

    Answer from pro:

Thanks Miranda, and the 10 year warranty you recieved on the toilet will keep you worry free for a long, long time. Thanks for choosing us. We really appreciate your business.

    Clogged Bathtub

I called Priority Plumbing today because my bathtub was clogged and wasn't draining properly. Greg arrived this morning on time, and was very professional. He even called when he was on his way so that I didn't have to wait next to the phone. Turns out the bathtub was clogged with hair from our showers and baths, and he suggested putting a screen in the drain to collect all the hair so that the bathtub drain doesn't get clogged anymore. I thought it was a great idea and bought one from him. I will definietly call them again if I have any more plumbing problems.
