    Overall Excellent Service a 10 star rating

    Overall I am very satisfied with the level of service from RCC Waterproofing. The 2 crew members, Den & Omars who came to dig and repair the foundation were professional, prompt and very clean. Both gentlemen were very polite & answered any questions. After digging and repairing the foundation, they made sure to restore the site to its original condition and left the backyard clean and tidy. Dan who assessed & quoted the work was always very quick to respond, very polite and professional. Overall, no issues and customer service was exceptional. They earned a 10/10 rating - Highly recommend.

    Wet Basement issue

    The team of Den and Omar are very professional, Den is very approachable and flexible for scheduling the job done. Den explained the solution very well with all attention. Omar and crew are extremely hardworking and efficient. Omar spent lot of time listening and understanding the issue on job and resolved the issue. I would definitively recommend the team for wet basement issues.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    I would highly recommend the RCC Waterproofing team to tackle your waterproofing project. Den's initial assessment was handled in person, with great attention, and the estimate was competitive and accurate. Den remained active in his communication with me throughout the project and delivered the work within the timelines proposed. Roy and his team of workers were polite, knowledgeable and professional in working through and problem solving unforeseen issues. Overall a very positive experience.

    Waterproofing basement

    Den my sales guy was very helpful and gave me a good quote on waterproofing my basement. Chris and crew was very respectful and did a good job getting my basement waterproof job well done.

    Water tight

    RCC Waterproofing has helped us with patching and sealing a corner of our basement. They were able to do so from the exterior, which provides much greater protection in keeping water out. Happy with the results. Waited to post this review until we had received a significant rainfall to ensure that the job worked. We used them several years ago for another similar issue and again this time. They are always great to work with, have a great crew (start to finish) and provide very professional service all around.

    Fantastic Job As Usual

    I've dealt with RCC since 1998 - they've always got the job done quickly and with very little mess. This time (and the last) I met with Mauro who is a very laid-back and likeable fellow. He took the measurements and gave me a written estimate on a Monday. By Friday, Roger and his crew arrived, did their usual setup to protect the surrounding landscaping (including the neighbor's) and completed the job (a 30-foot dig) by the end of the day. At the end of it all you hardly knew they were there! Fantastic job as usual!

    Waterproofing

    A big shout out to George for navigating us through the entire process of getting some waterproofing work done on our heritage house. It was a complicated job, requiring the temporary removal of an expensive Japanese maple tree, the replacement of an eavestrough drainage system, the disconnection of two air conditioners, and the re-pouring of a large cement pad. George, Eddie and all the rest of their team did an amazing job and we are 100% satisfied with the results. George was also very helpful in recommending other contractors he knows for other issues that we are looking to resolve in the future. I'm very pleased that we chose to go with RCC, and I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a great job done with quality materials, and a high attention to detail.
