    Identifying basement leak issue

    We interacted with Den from RCC Water Proofing to identify the cause of our basement leak. Den, was extremely supportive, highly professional and most importantly he was very humble, polite, forthcoming and went over and above his call of duty and responsibility to make us comfortable and rest assured us on what steps and actions to initiate post finding the cause of the leak. Den, came by us 3 times on 3 different days to investigate and mitigate the leak cause and he determined it diligently. We are indeed very thankful to him and would not hesitate to recommend him without a shadow of doubt to anyone who will be in need of his professional knowledge, expertise and services.     Fixed a cracked foundation.

    I called RCC Waterproofing to fix a crack in my foundation and it was definitely a wise choice. Den was very professional and informative of the process required to fix it and Michaels crew did amazing work. Everything was performed quickly, on time and on budget. The overall process was smooth from start to finish and the crew had amazing eye for even the small details. There might be companies out there that can do it cheaper, but youll be doing the job twice. If you want it done right the first time call RCC.

    Couldn’t be happier

    Had water coming into my basement through a crack in my foundation. Had a few quotes done and after so many of my friends recommending RCC I finally called them. Anthony got in touch and came by. He was great to deal with. Very professional and easy to talk to. Joey and Jessy were amazing. They were on time, very pleasant and professional. Lachante back at the office was also so pleasant. Highly recommend them!

    Basement leakage

    Den, Michael and George did a great job and really helped me through what is a very stressful situation with water leakage in my basement. The team was very meticulous and thorough in figuring out the cause of the issue. They were very careful with everything in my home and on my property. Michael and Georges workmanship is excellent with everything neatly installed and cleaned up when they were finished. Den is very honest, understanding, and well-spoken to help me understand everything that was going on, he has gone above and beyond in addressing all of my concerns and I would not hesitate to recommend RCC to others.

    External Pipe Waterproofing

    Had a small trickle of water in my basement, which was deemed to be caused by a pipe which wasn't sealed on the outside of my home (thus allowing a small amount of water to enter). Kurt from RCC inspected and easily put together a plan of attack to fix this issue, which was less invasive than alternatives which I had been recommended. His team (Marco and colleague) installed a window well around the pipe, sealed the pipe and added waterproofing to my exterior foundation wall to give extra protection. Incredible friendly, knowledgable and worked quickly. I would recommend this team to anyone with waterproofing needs.

    Waterproof basement

    Pleasure to work with this company, our representative was Justin, who was very professional to work with, prompt and explained our different options. Work was done efficiently and to our satisfaction. We would recommend him and the company without any hesitation.

    Waterproofing Basement

    Thanks to The City of Toronto "Mandatory Downspout Disconnection" water leaked into the finished basement and ruined the flooring. RCC was fantastic in waterproofing the foundation. The staff was prompt, thorough, competent and curtious. I highly recommend RCC.

    Basement waterproofing

    These workers do a proper honest job. They assessed the situation to ensure the water also drains away from the house. Their installation held up over the years and keeps my basement dry. Customer service is prompt and very curtious.

    Thanks Den and Omar from RCC

    If you have water problems in your basement and are sick dealing with the folks the insurance company recommends, call RCC. Den and Omar and crew were quick off the mark to get my problem found, a plan in place, and then quickly executed the plan. These guys are worth every penny!

    Basement cracks in the wall

    RCC waterproofing customer service is one of the best customer service I've ever received. I've already done a review how good of a job they came and did in my home but this morning I went downstairs and where they fixed a little bit of water was coming through I sent Nicholas an email he called me back within an hour and he had Chris come back. They did not need to come back. I signed a contract saying if it doesn't work it wasn't guaranteed. Chris said no I have to go there today. I'm gonna take a look at what happened and I'm gonna fix it. He did not need to do that. He came within a half an hour. He was here for several hours. He had to redo it. he never complain. Nice guy explained everything to me told me what happened.why it happened. The service that I got was probably one of the best service that I've ever had. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family. Thank you once again and I appreciate the hard work that was done. Thank you so much Chris.
