This is the 3rd time that we have used the waterproofing services of RCC and this is the 3rd time that we have been impressed with the prompt and professional service and, more importantly, the work done.
The last 2 times, we hired RCC to fix cracks in our foundation that had enabled actual water leakage into our basement and we are happy to say that the problem was resolved as soon as the repair was completed
This time, there was a strong smell of dampness in several areas of our basement. We called Mauro and, as with the previous 2 times, he came out promptly and identified several areas that could be problematic in the event that we didnt seal some exterior cracks; even if water might not seep through, we risked mould seeping into the drywall, so this was more a preventive repair than an urgent need. Just to be clear, the affected areas were not areas that had been repaired by RCC in the past, this was a totally new issue.
Once we agreed to go ahead with the work, Noel and his team were booked within a week or so. The work to be done was extensive and involved 3 different areas of our property. The crew arrived bright and early each day and worked very hard until right before nightfall. They were courteous, polite, extremely hard working and, when the job was done, you would never have known that they had even been on your property, never mind having dug trenches around much of the perimeter of our house!!!! They even had to dig beneath our deck and they did this with practically no visible signs of disturbance to the deck. As well, they had to dig underneath a gate and dig up a young cedar from the front of the house; they put it back perfectly.
We have recommended Mauro and RCC to many friends and will continue to do so and now we will specifically recommend Noel and his excellent team.
