    Basement/foundation crack

    From the get go RCC Waterproofing has us given excellent, service, quality, value and follow up regarding a very minor concern, now totally dressed in a very timely manor. From Dennis who first looked at the problem and explained in detail our options and cost and coming up with a very affordable fix, to Conroy and his crew for their skill and a site left spotless I was greatly impressed. I called with Minor issue and was assure that it was their aim to see 100% satisfaction. It was addressed immediately by Chris in a professional and friendly way. As a retired person this is a company I will gladly endorse for their integrity and pride in doing the job right.

    Foundation Repair

    The team at RCC were pleasant, helpful and efficient at repairing our foundation crack. Mauro walked us through the on-site inspection process to the repair conducted by Jeffs team. Highly recommended!

    I was very satisfied with the service I received from RCC waterproofing. They were very professional, prompt and I was happy with the work that was done.     Honesty and Integrity

    We are existing clients from RCC. Back in 2020 we did external waterproof of our entire bungalow. We were very pleased with the service provided. We have another property that shows water penetration inside basement wall. We thought water was coming from outside. . RCC consultant insisted we should open the drywall to check if there were any pipes that were leaking. He was absolutely correct. No need to spend money on waterproofing, just needed a plumber and fix the drywall. Thank You RCC for avoiding unnecessary work and saving us thousands of dollars.     Exterior Waterproofing Job

    We needed an exterior waterproofing solution on one side of our 1940s home. Kurt provided an informative estimate and answered our many questions. We were able to have the work done within a month of signing the contract. The 5 workers worked really hard in poor weather. We are really pleased with the work.

    I had a wonderful experience with RCC Waterproofing and would highly recommend them. After interviewing five companies, Jeffrey's professionalism and expertise made me choose RCC. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He was not pushy and was willing to work with me to find the best solution for my needs. RCC handled all the necessary paperwork with the city and ensured the job was completed accordingly. The crew was proficient and took the time to clean up afterwards. I am delighted with the outcome and glad that I chose to work with RCC.

    Exterior waterproofing of foundation wall

    Job well done on my old 1950s bungalow. Mauro at RCC was very knowledgeable and warned me of many potential issues we might find in waterproofing my basement. Darwin and his crew did a great job digging and waterproofing my foundation. I was very greatful that Darwin and his guys carefully dug beside some trees and shrubs, saving me from replanting in the spring. The crew dug by hand avoiding damaging my yard and possibly my foundation. They made it look easy, real pros! I would definitely recommend RCC for waterproofing repairs.

    Exterior Foundation Waterproofing

    We have a 110 year old building with stone foundations and no existing drainage tiles. We wanted to control the dampness in the basement. This entire project was carried out professionally and in a workmanlike manner. Den, the Operations Supervisor with RCC, was very knowledgeable, available, helpful, and sensitive to the heritage aspects of the property. The scope and cost of the project were clearly and realistically outlined, and no unnecessary work was done. Roy and his crew were prompt, courteous and responsive to our concerns. We would readily recommend RCC Waterproofing.
