    Leakage to my basement

    There was a seepage in our basement, called RCC and their response was quick and proffessional. they came out to assess the damage and repaired it quickly. Their assurance of the repair made me feel at ease. I would definetly recommend them specially Dan, Ryan and Marco

    Basement waterproofing

    Highly recommend! Mauro, along with the crew Kiddy, were very professional and timely in resolving my parents' basement issue. A job well done. Thank you to Mauro for his quick response and turnaround, and to the crew Kiddy for their excellent work on the job itself!

    Amazing workmanship

    my cold room in the basement has been leaking water and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We contacted RCC, a call back was setup and within the day Den contacted me, a site visit was set up where he explain the situation and set my expectation. That very afternoon we received pricing. 10 deposit paid and next day Den called me to schedule the job. The job was schedule for saturday, Darwins crew arrived early, they were polite and very helpful. the made sure to clean up the job site also. Doing business with RCC has been so easy because of Den and Darwin's crew.

    Foundation Leak Repair

    RCC was very prompt in sending Mauro out to assess my leak. He quickly found the foundation crack that caused my basement leak, pointed it out to me, and explained what was needed to repair it. I received a detailed estimate the same evening and hired them soon after. They were very prompt in getting the underground services located before digging, and started the work a couple of days afterwards. Adrian's crew showed up exactly when I was told they would come, and Adrian was happy to answer more of my questions before and during the work. Adrian's crew worked quickly and left the site in a neat and clean state. I had no clean up work to do myself. I was very pleased with RCC's response and service.

    Waterproofing - Installation of Sump Pump

    When a company exceeds expectations, a review is necessary !! My first meeting with Den was positive, he took his time to explain exactly what needed to be done and what problems could arise once the dig began. Den was also very accommodating to my schedule and the lines of communication were always open for the many questions I had. Roy and his crew that were on site to do the work were amazing. Hard working, punctual, efficient and courteous. Roy also took his time to explain the process and made sure I understood how the sump pump and drainage worked. When finished, the clean up was well done! I would highly recommend RCC along with Den and Roy (crew) to anyone looking to have foundation work completed.

    Great service

    Only company that offered to solve the leak from the outside. Water test has been complete and no leaking after they repaired it. The crew Anthony Jr & rep Mauro were very easy to deal with. I hope i have no more leaks but if i do, i will call RCC.

    Waterproofing basement - crack in foundation

    Nicholas gave us a quote and took the time to explain two options. We selected the exterior repair. We agreed to proceed with the work. He confirmed a date to complete the work. The Keems team showed up on time on the scheduled day. The took the time to cover the area for the dirt. They dug down to the footing. Cleaned the area and took the time to caulk the membrane. When they backfilled they stamped the dirt. When they finished, the area looked untouched. I would rehire the RCC team and have already recommended them to friendsexcellent job

    New Sump Pump System

    We had a noisy sump pump with no battery backup that was constantly running. We were worried that it would fail and we'd have a flooded basement. Mauro from RCC recommended a new, stronger pump with a larger pit and a backup battery. The work was scheduled quickly. Chris installed the new system and made sure it was working properly. The new setup runs less frequently and is much quieter, and it's great peace of mind to know that we have a good backup system in case one pump breaks or there is a power failure. Now I can relax! Would certainly recommend RCC if you have concerns about your sump pump.

    Basement sealing

    The inspection was okay but doing the job took very ling and i am so dis satisfied. Also the people that came were just workers and no specialist were there. They could hardly speak english. I had questions and a problem but I could not talk ir to them. You need to send specialist at the job day too. Totally not a good experience. Hope result to he better
