I had a basement leak very close to the houses electric panel and I was very concerned. I call RCC Water proofing after seeing their advertizing.
My call was answered promptly, and Den cam to inspect the leak and provide a quote. Den took the time to examine the cause and explained to me the process they use to treat the leak cause, which sounded too good to be true. I have beautiful interlock all around the house and was also concerned about how the work will impact the cosmetics of the house and the interlock.
On the day RCC came to do the repair, Choys crew introduced themselves and started the work. First, I have experienced no disruption what soever, and was pleasant surprised when I went out to see what they are doing, and how they dug so deep and used the technique Den explained to me. When they finished the work and I went to inspect the interlock and the house from outside, I was not able to even see any signs that the interlock was removed or if any work was done. As a matter of fact, if I did not see them dig so deep, I would think they didnt come at all.
Im so impressed with the entire team at RCC, from the person who received my call, the easy of making the payment, and the efficiency of handling the small details until the job was completed.
