    Waterproofing cold room

    I never write reviews but I was really blown away by this service. Den came over very promptly and made recommendations that were helpful and gave me a couple options and price points. Once I made my decision to move forward, Omar and his crew came out and had the work done very quickly. I was honestly shocked how quickly they worked and how efficient it was! There hasn't been any water since, we are extremely satisfied with this service and highly recommend Den and Omar's crew from RCC waterproofing!

    Basement waterproofing insulation

    We used recently RCC Waterproofing services for a second time. Again, they did an excellent, very professional job for a good value of money. They responded very quickly after the estimate, they came the next day. And when they were finished, you couldn't tell that there had been construction work - everything around was cleaned. I will definitely recommend them.

    Basement water leak

    I recently used RCC to fix a leak in my basement wall. I had a very good experience, starting with the sales process (Mauro), and the working crew (Ryan). They were very professional and responsive.

    Basement Injection

    Working with Mauro and Chris to get an estimate and ultimately the work done in my basement was nothing short of a blessing. Two of the most honest and professional workers I've come across. The trust I have for this company after working with these two is unmatched. I will definitely recommend RCC to anyone who experiences water in their basement. Between getting quoted and work completing I felt like a priority. Very happy with the work.

    Waterproofing for badement

    RCC waterproofed our basement. They excavated and reached the foundations. They sealed cracks, replaced the weeping tile and put a membrane. They also prepared the wall and basement for a sump pump. The crew was very professional, showed up on time and finished in time.

    Wet Basement

    RCC waterproofing got the price right with quality service. Mauro promptly came out to evaluate our wet basement/crawls space in Niagara Falls. He was very professional , responsive to my many questions and followed through in a timely manner. Choy and the crew were friendly, polite, and professional. They were in and out in a few days, and I couldn't believe how different and amazing the basement looks. Extremely Fast!! I can not say enough great things about this company, the quality, the value, and the workmanship. I definitely recommend RRC waterproofing Donna

    Basement Waterproofing

    We had a leak in our basement due to a crack in the foundation. From the initial quote/inspection to the work being completed, everyone I interacted with was pleasent, professional and did a great job. The customer service lady I dealt with was very helpful also. Great job and I would highly recommend!

    I found water on my floor

    Having had a positive experience with RCC and George in the past, I was highly satisfied with both their representative and the quality of work provided. Consequently, when I encountered a water issue on my floor, I immediately contacted the same representative for assistance. I greatly appreciated that he promptly returned my call on the same day, alleviating my concerns. It was George who quickly identified the source of the problem, attributing it to an issue with my chimney. Despite my offer to compensate RCC for the visit and inspection, George kindly declined any payment. Subsequently, I enlisted the services of a mason to inspect my chimney, and the findings confirmed George's initial assessment. I express my heartfelt gratitude for their honesty and outstanding service. I will continue to recommend RCC and that great guy, George.
