    Basement water leak

    Den and his Joey's crew were excellent. They knew exactly what to do. I had used them in the past and recommended them to my neighbor who used them as well. Very please.

    Waterproofing furnace room

    From the very first call Den was so responsive and helpful. We discussed several methods of work, and decided on the best option based on his advice. Michael and George did the work and I cant recommend them highly enough. After having many companies do work over the years on my house, with mixed results, I have full confidence it was done professionally and done well. Highly recommended.

    Waterproofing

    I would highly recommend RCC for any waterproofing work needed. The estimate received by Mauro was very reasonable and I was very satisfied with the quality of work performed by Jeff and his crew. They finished waterproofing the walls of both sides of my home in a timely manner (just one day) and left the premises in the same condition as before (no mess). They even moved my heavy air conditioner back to its original position once they were done.

    Outstanding workmanship

    You will be extremely satisfied with the professionalism, quality of work, cleanliness of the job site, and skill set of the work team. Mauro visited timely and explained a comprehensive approach to the scope of work. Kiddy and his work partner Chris were highly skilled at performing the work on both east and west sides of our house, and today, you cannot tell that they hand-dug 6' trenches, sealed the areas, and then backfilled and compressed everything back, exactly in place. And no complaints from either neighbour as they left their sides untouched. Because of the competency of their work, the price is inconsequential. We are providing a well-loved home to a new owner, and this work is transferable to them in form of a Lifetime Guarantee. Thank you Mauro and Kiddy for your thorough and personable job. Unfortunately, ironically, we will only see you once (since your work is so good!) and you are an example of what "Excellence" looks like on a job site. Many Thanks!

    waterproofing cold cellar

    Cold cellar was leaking. Attempted to fix with another company previously, but after paying over $5000, issues were not resolved, nor did the company make any attempt to do so. Mauro, from RCC scheduled an appt. to assess the issues, was courteous and explained the procedure that RCC would undertake and provided a timely estimate for the job. Workers arrived as scheduled; (Darwin and co-worker) were polite and never hesitant to answer our questions as the job proceeded. Already referred Mauro and RCC to two friends!

    Internal waterproofing

    RCC a sales rep Nicholas and his team were very professional , thoughtful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who has had water leaks in their basements.

    Basement waterproofing 5 STARS

    5 STARS FOR RICK AND ROGER AT RCC Unfortunately, 1 week into moving in our beautiful and newly renovated home we experienced a flood in our basement. I was connected with Rick who offered honest and transparent advise based on >30 years in the business. He visited our house multiple times to insepct everything and would respond to emails at 11PM at night. Our house required a bench to extend the footing as well as an internal wheeping tile. The work took just over a week to be completed - Roger and his team were all excellent and professional!! The work is very expensive but worth the money and guarentee. Now both my wife and I can sleep easy knowing that our house has a guarenteed system in place to keep the basement dry! Thanks again.

    Basement Waterproofing

    A little over a year ago, we had some water in our basement. My wife and I were devastated as we had just redone the basement. A friend of ours suggested RCC waterproofing. We gave them a call and Lachante. A customer service rep took all my information and booked an appointment for me. The owner, Joe came to my home and assessed the areas where we were getting water. He drew up a thorough quote and provided excellent details of what needed to be done to correct the issues in our foundation. Joe was super helpful and answered any questions I had. Once we were booked, Joey and Jessy came to do the waterproofing on my home. Like their Dad, they were very helpful and thorough. They made sure all cracks were sealed and the membrane was installed properly. They took before and after photos and showed me the cracks we had in our foundation. Im so glad we went with RCC waterproofing. Its been over a year and we no longer worry about water in our basement.

    RCC fixed cracks in my house foundation

    I had cracks in my house foundation. The RCC team that fixed it were excellent. They worked very hard all day and did not leave until absolutely everything was cleaned up. They were amazing. I have used RCC at another house and would highly recommend them.

    Partial Waterproofing of basement

    I am so very happy that I called RCC for fixing the leaking in my basement. My first contact was the office... knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff who is our consultant for RCC is very knowledgeable , personanable and explained the whole process.... it happened just as he explained. The crew did exceptional work. They informed us of anything they found that needed repair. RCC uses only the best materials for water proofing. Our job is guaranteed for 25 years of a dry basement. I would highly recommend this company. They delivered completely on all promises.
