Waterproofing foundation nightmare and sump pump install
I used RCC to waterproof the exterior of my house back in October of 2021. George was my main contact and at first he was very helpful, honest and informative of the entire process. It took a month after leaving the deposit and haggling them to tell me when they are going to be coming out to do the work. Choi and team came out and did the work which was tough and gruelling but it wasn't as what was agreed on in the contract. The sump pump pipe had two horizontal 90s which were supposed to be 45 degrees and the pipe was supposed to go 12ft from the house but was only 6ft (I had to fix on my own). The soil was not compacted down as the team said I wouldn't need it and it would be fine. A month later after a few rainfalls, the soil had settled 10"+ and is erroding my paving stone walkway. The sump pump works (the soil directs water to the house and the pump runs often) yet my basement is still dry. I reached out to George and RCC team and they have ignored my requests to come fix the issue even though the contract states they would fix settling of backfill. I thought these guys would be reputable being a Mike Holmes contractor and being in the news a lot. But the experience I had leaves me to not recommend these guys to anyone.

RCC Waterproofing Solution - Crack Injection
Our recent waterproofing experience with RCC Waterproofing has been excellent. Nicholas explained the processes thoroughly and we were provided with options to remedy the situation. We opted to go for the injection system. We were extremely satisfied with the work that was completed by Chris IAC. He was very professional, friendly and arrived on time. He did an excellent job and took the time to explain things and answered all of our questions. All of the the workers we spoke to were polite and considerate of our home. We would highly recommend this company and their waterproofing team. Thank you for a job well done!

Waterproofing
Dealing with RCC was such a great experience! Jaime, the sales rep, was great. On time, knew his stuff, gave honest answers and provided the quote immediately. The guys who did the work, Darwin's crew, were incredible! They arrived early, were very respectful and I don't think that they stopped at all aside from maybe 20 minutes to eat their lunch! And dealing with Monica and Melody in the office was refreshing! They had a great attitude, listened and were a joy to work with! I would highly recommend using RCC!

Leaking Exterior Basement Door
I experienced a small flood in my basement during a large rain and melt this winter. I live in an area with a significant amount of groundwater so Joe came by free of charge to give me water management tips. He came by a second time (again free of charge) to give me a second opinion on repairs my builder was going to do to fix a leaking door that seemed to be a contributing factor to the flood I experienced earlier. Joe was very prompt, friendly and helpful. He easily could have charged me for his two trips, but was more interested in simply helping than the money. I highly recommend Joe and his team.

Amazing company
Rcc was recommended to me by a friend when I found a leak in my basement. I dealt with George S, who was absolutely incredible from our first meeting. He explained what needed to be done and could not any more helpful. I would definitely without hesitation use this company for any basement issues caused by water leaks etc. Thank you again George for being so kind, understanding and helpful, we truly appreciate you and your company. The employees we had servicing the leak were very respectful, trustworthy and professional. Their supervisor Den came by to make sure all the work was done properly, again, amazing service!!!!

Highly recommended for any homeowner with a damp or wet basement!
We are pleased to recommend Den, Darwin and the crew from RCC Waterproofing to any homeowner with a damp or wet basement. In our case, Darwin and his crew dug a trench by hand along one basement wall (during our winter deep-freeze!). The trenching revealed two cracks in the concrete block basement wall, and a completely blocked weeping tile system. The crew first sealed the cracks, then installed a flexible, waterproof membrane and replaced the plugged weeping tile system along the length of the wall. To prevent the new weeping tiles from becoming plugged again, Darwin recommended that a sump pump with battery backup be installed, which he completed on the second day of the job. We were particularly impressed by the knowledge and experience of Den, Darwin and the crew – and for their consideration for us while the work was underway, especially by completing a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. Thanks to the hard-working crew from RCC Waterproofing -- who completed the necessary work quickly and well -- we have a dry basement once again! We are delighted!

RCC Integrity and helpful
RCC waterproofing We contacted RCC regarding a leak in our finished basement floor. They came at the promised time and assessed the work required. Rather than tell us we needed to waterproof the side of our house , Joe R suggested that before we adopt that solution of professional waterproofing, we should try Grading the property first ourselves,. He explained to us in detail how to do that and materials we could use and other helpful tips to avoid water seepage. He charged us nothing for this consultation and was extremely helpful. We are impressed that rather than sign us up for an more costly solution RCC provided a recommendation for an alternative we could do ourselves . We strongly recommend this company that evidences helpfulness honesty and integrity We were quoted a fair price should the grading not be successful and feel very confident in using this company if in future we require waterproofing Thank you Joe

Waterproofing of cracked foundation wall
I had two cracks in my basement wall. I contacted RCC and soon after I met with Ramy. He assessed the problem took all the required measurements and then told me that the job would be done by the end of February. The RCC crew were on site before the end of February and they did an excellent job of repairing and waterproofing the basement wall. They also backfilled and left the site near and tidy. Very happy!

Waterproofing Basement Made easy with confidence
First time homebuyers who experienced a flood within 6 months of ownership. Rick was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire waterproofing process and made us feel comfortable and confident in our investment. He was available for multiple calls pre-work to call any of our final nerves and help us prepare for the installation. The installation team lead by Roger were punctual, clean and efficient. Finished the job in one day with very little dust left behind. Melody called us shortly after project completion to ensure we were happy with the installation and service. RCC waterproofing basement
RCC just finished waterproofing our basement. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire team from sales rep Rick, who was very knowledgeable, to crew leader Noel, very efficient to pleasant Melody at the office.
