    Foundation Waterproof

    Had RCC do some waterproofing over a couple of foundation cracks. The whole experience was great from the original meeting with Justin for the quote, to Melody in the office and Roger and the guys who did the work. Job went exactly as quoted and on time. Yard was left in the exact same shape it started… Would definitely recommend RCC!!!

    Basement foundation wall leaking

    I am very happy with the work that Conroy and his crew did at my place - very professionally done and very friendly and hats off to them and Melody too in the office. She is very nice and friendly and professional and i am very happy with my dealing with them. To the management at RCC Waterproofing, you should be proud to have people like them working for you and representing your company and they are the face of your organization.

    Foundation repair

    The RCC crew provided excellent and meticulous work. They also conducted a pre and post inspection of the work. All RCC employees acted with professionalism and were all very courtious.

    Waterproofing

    RCC was highly recommended by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. From our initial contact with Melody, followed by the on site assessment provided by the sales rep, Daniel, and the careful work done by Mike and his crew went very smoothly. We highly recommend this competent company.

    Basement Interior Waterproofing

    After 25 years of a dry basement, we started getting water pushing up through the floor. We called several places for quotes and decided to go with RCC. The work was great and the basement is now completely dry but what was really amazing was the crew. These guys were absolutely outstanding. The care and detail they took to always insure our house was left clean and picked up every day was truly appreciated. They were so fast and efficient and incredibly considerate. I can't recommend them enough.

    Completion of work as promised

    The entire team from Sales Rep Kurt and team leader Sajid/DJ were perfect. All kept their promises and completed the work in timely manner. We can recommend them to anyone looking for leakages. I must add regarding the customer service rep, Melody. She was very helpful whenever we needed updates.

    Basement sealing

    We were very impressed with the excellence in the job. So neat! My neighbour was also impressed! If you hadn't seen the technician working you would not have known that a stone was turned. He took care pride in his work and was very professional too. The proof will be when the rains come in the Spring.

    Waterproofing

    Had leak in the furnace room along the outside wall. Called RCC and Jamie arrived and assessed the situation. He answered the many questions we had as he explained the two options (outside/inside, which included installation of a sump pump) for the job. Decided on inside and was given a quote and an approximate date. When I called close to estimated date, Melody answered and was very helpful and checked and confirmed the date the work would be done. The two gentlemen doing the work, with the lead man being Joey, arrived on time on the day, worked carefully and efficiently all day, offering to explain things as they went. Both were masked throughout the day. They finished on the same day and cleaned up and were gone by around 2:00 pm. Wonderful work, wonderful job.
