    Basement leak

    Had RCC come out to repair some basement leaking. What an amazing team! Noel and his crew were prompt and everything was finished in a timely manner. Mauro provided us with the initial quote. He was professional and thorough. Thank you so much!

    Basement leak

    This the second time I have used RCC WATERPROOFING. This company would be my only call if I find another leak. They are fast,respectful and honest. Den is extremely knowledge and goes beyond what he need. The Crew again were fast and had a positive attitude.

    Foundation Repair

    I had a crack in my foundation, which was leaking with every rainfall. I couldn't have finished my basement reno without addressing the leak, RCC worked with me to fix the leak on time so I could finish my renovation before the winter came and at a good price too. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

    Waterproof back wall of house.

    RCC was recommended to me by my contractor. He told me his previous clients used RCC and were very happy. So I gave them a call and Mauro called me back right away. He came to my house to assess, gave his recommendations, and explained to me what they would be doing. He didn't try to upsell me or recommend something I didn't need, and they provide a lifetime warranty for the work they do. Choy and his crew arrived early in the morning. They put plastic tarps down on the grass and had to remove some of my porch in order to access the gigantic crack. Because of the tight space, they had to dig by HAND! My contractors that were renovating the inside of my house were so impressed. I don't know how they dug so straight without a machine. They went all the way down to the footing! The waterproofing job took the whole day. I am so happy with the results. They put my deck back together and cleaned up my backyard too. Thank you Mauro and Choy!

    Basement waterproofing

    For years we’ve had an issue in the basement in a small area where water was coming in from the chimney clean out. Surprisingly the different companies that we’ve had look at it said they didn’t know what to do or how to fix it! The last company fixed the chimney for $5000.00 and two days later the water was back when we had a heavy rain. The problem wasn’t fixed and they were called back and now wanted big bucks to waterproof the outside of the house. This guy was a smooth talker and now I didn’t trust anything coming out of his mouth. I called RCC to see what they thought the issue was. Veronica was very nice and personable on the phone and put me in touch with Rick the sales rep. Rick was great! He knew immediately what all those other companies didn’t seem to know, that the issue needed to be fixed from the inside of the house and not the outside! I was so happy as he explained how the problem would be fixed and that the work would be guaranteed for 25 years! Fantastic! The price was right too for a headache that was going on for years! Omar and his crew were great! They protected the floors which I appreciated and went to work. Omar wasn’t annoyed by my questions and responded politely! They did an excellent job and cleaned up! Problem finally solved for good! I will definitely recommend RCC to friends and family.

    Basement / Foundation Waterproofing

    Contacted RCC about waterproofing my basement foundation walls as I had some water issues. From the 1st contact through the entire process the team at RCC took care us. Ramy was great at communicating the quote and the aspects of the job. Andy & his team showed up on time and completed the work without issue. The guys explained how a previous waterproofing job was poorly finished (side of the house had been waterproofed and the weeper was not connected) and explained how their lack of detail contributed to the problems that I was having. He explained how they fixed it and that it should never have happened in the 1st place. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the job RCC performed. Looking forward to enjoying our dry basement! Thanks again guys!

    Great work. Clean job site. All you can ask for.

    Den and Choys crew did a great job. Showed up and did exactly what they were supposed to do. No headaches. No fuss. They completed about 80 linear ft of interior waterproofing and connected into my existing sump. The membrane is tight. The concrete work was great. Den was easy to work with and get ahold of. I called multiple vendors and RCC was the clear winner... Don't even bother calling anyone else.

    Foundation repair

    Called RCC and Mauro came over and gave me a competitive estimate for the work to be done with no extra charges at the completion of the job. Ryan and his crew were on time friendly and did an excellent job my foundation doesn’t leak any more. Thanks for the excellent job done. Cory

    Basement Corner Wrap Waterproof

    We are very satisfied with our experience with RCC. Kurt was very timely with his inspection and quote. Veronica is very kind and helpful with any help we needed from the office. Our installer Moe was extremely knowledgeable and has been with the company for years. He was very efficient and hardworking. We have peace of mind now with no water coming into our basement.
