    Interior Waterproofing

    I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking waterproofing. We had six quotes from different companies, and were happiest with the information RCC provided (we did not base our decision on price). George (the representative) explained to us the differences between interior & exterior waterproofing, which RCA does both of, and why interior would be better in our situation (along with a city-approved sump pump and how to claim a rebate for the pump). Noel and his crew arrived three days after the contract was signed. They were punctual, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We're very glad to have found them, and would consider them for any future waterproofing needs.

    Foundation Waterproofing

    After numerous years of water entering our basement, we finally decided to get a quote for waterproofing the foundation. George came to our place to assess the situation. He was very personable and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the situation. George readily answered all our questions and addressed our concerns making us feel confident in our decision to go ahead with the waterproofing. On the day of the job, the crew that arrived were professional, prompt and personable. The entire experience with RCC was fabulous and stress-free!

    Great people to work with

    Great service right from the start. Nicholas was very helpful and was great at communicating with me through the whole process. I really felt that I could call him if I had any questions or concerns. The Ryan-Keem crew were great. Very respectful and friendly. Tolerated my questions and also me and the kids peeking at the whole process. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. Would recommend the company.

    Basement waterproofing

    Mauro was very knowledgeable when answering our questions while providing us with our estimate. On job day Roger and his crew were very prompt and professional. We are very happy with the finished result.

    Leaky Basement

    I was planning to finish the basement for my kids and have a office as well. However, I found several leaks in my basement foundation. I contacted RCC as they were the most reputable. Rick our sales person showed up timely and very knowledgeable. He was trustworthy and gave us confidence in the repair (interior weeping system) to be done. Upon completion, no more leaks even after several rain storms this spring. We are now in-process of finishing our basement and couldn't be more happy with RCC.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Dan from RCC came out quickly and identified the problem we had with water coming into our basement. He did a water test on the perimeter of the house to identity where the origin of the leak was. He explained the process in detail and we felt comfortable knowing exactly step by step what work was going to be done. The actual work was completed by Noel and his team. They took pictures throughout the entire process so we can view and inspect parts of the basement we could not see well. They were very caring and answered my questions in detail throughout the job. Highly recommend Dan and Noel!

    Basement Foundation Crack

    Den & Omar's crew are very professional. They did a thorough job of inspecting the cause of the problem and fix the crack on my basement foundation. The crew members arrived within 2 weeks of the booking and completed the job nice and clean.

    leak in basement in two different area

    I had a water leak from outside west wall to my basement last October, 2020. Jamie able to arrange Canroy's crew to start work within 2 weeks. They dig 8 feet long and 8 feet deep. Located the cracks and repaired. The crew are friendly and job done tidy and no mess. In April 2021, i had another leak on the East wall to my basement. No hesitate to call RCC again. Jamie able to arrange Choy's crew to start work within 10 days. This time they dig 22 feet long and able to locate the cracks. This crew are friendly too and have the job done in 2 days with tidy and no mess. After the job done, there were heavy rain for 4 days and i see no leak into my basement. Thank for the officer Kat to follow up after the work done. Good customer service and reliable. I definitely recommend this company to others.

    Sump pump service/ replacement

    Had an issue with our sump pump. Called RCC as they did the installation several years ago. Turns out the pump had died and needed to be replaced. They were in, and the job was done, and they cleaned up in about an hour. Den was professional and very friendly. 100% recommend them as they have done several projects on our home including interior and exterior waterproofing, foundation repair, and now service. We searched several companies for our first job and landed on RCC. The service was so good we haven't called anyone else since.

    Water proffing

    Mauro came out reviewed what was required sent me a quote and Noel ; Jesse and the team did a great job waterproofing the crack in the basement wall. They also sealed the inside crack; cleaned up really well. Very professional. Great Job guys.
