    Foundation Crack Repair

    I am very pleased with RCC Waterproofing. Daniel came out and promptly did an onsite estimate. He explained every detail in plain language that made sense. He took the time to explain both available options for my situation, and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. Chris was the technician who came out to do the work of the interior crack repair. On the day of service, he worked efficiently and professionally, and left my place as clean as he found it. Seeing as he had to fix the screw up of another company, he did a fantastic job with the absolute minimal amount of damage. Great value for the money. Nothing beats the peace of mind knowing something is done properly. I would highly recommend them for your waterproofing needs.

    Sump pump

    hank you for putting in the extra effort during at an issue I had at my house. I understand that working on Sunday isn’t the normal but your employee Chris (Foreman) just did that with no hesitation. He went over and above ensuring we had no water issues. He is knowledgeable and displays great customer service. He should be considered a valuable member of your team, and his positive attitude is greatly appreciated. Job well done

    Repairs with internal injections and external repair

    RCC was highly recommended to me by a friend in the concrete industry. Nader was the sales rep sent to my home, he was very professional and a pleasant to deal with. He explained to me the different options and his recommendation. I quickly received a quote by Nader. Once I decided to proceed, Veronica in customer service got the ball rolling and as promised, within approximately two weeks I was contacted by RCC with the start date. The two injection repairs were completed on the promised date. On the promised day for the repair outside I was contacted by Joey who assured me that photos would be provided throughout each step which he did. Although repairs are only visible above grade, the photos taken below grade revealed a substantial crack which Joey and his co- worker repaired with an assurance of a 50 year warranty. A great job with the clean up too - no evidence of a dig done at all. It was a pleasure dealing with Rita during final payment. I would definitely recommend RCC without hesitation. Thank you.

    water proofing basement

    Kurt came to give an estimate of the work that needed to be done. He was very professional and took the time to explain the work. Photos included with the estimate were a huge help! Kurt went out his way to help. Chris and Pete completed the work. I appreciated the introductions as they entered and then began their work. I was able to see the work from time to time to better understand what was being done. Both were polite and approachable, and were eager to see how they could help get everything back in place. I would not hesitate to recommend RCC.

    Fixing cracks in my foundation

    My foundation had two major cracks on the left side of my house into the foundation. I contacted RCC who responded almost immediately and came to do an estimate, indicated very clearly to me what work had to be done and then proceeded to schedule a work date after I accepted the quotation. The work men arrived on-time and performed the foundation fix very professionally and with great results. Vero was really excellent to work with. Vero from RCC Customer Service

    Repairing crack in foundation wall

    Mauro came out from RCC to give us a quote for the repair. Omar and his partner completed the job 2 weeks later. They worked very hard and kept the worksite very neat. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank-you RCC.

    Basement waterproofing

    water proofing

    Worked with RCC Water Proofing for a foundation crack which was allowing water into my basement. Nicholas made it a priority to come see me for a quote, and arrange the work to avoid further damage. His quote was on time, reasonable, and most importantly completed quickly. Omar's team was great to deal with, kept me in the loop every time i checked in for an update and shared photos. Was really impressed with them. Highly recommend this team. Thanks again boys!

    Basement waterproofing

    It was pleasure to deal with Den. He offered the best solution among contractors to deal with my leaky basement. It was easy to negotiate and schedule the job to be done on specific day as WFH plus enfant at home required some coordination. Noels crew came on time as expected, did a great job working hard and left the job site clean. Happy customer here, well done RCC.

    Repair Foundation Cracks

    Great Service from the RCC Team. You can see by the before and after pictures they do a amazing job. It wasn't an easy job. Two cracks on each side of the homes. with a 3.5 foot gap between the two homes to work with. Thank you to Ramy, Darwin and the crew.
