    Basement Fix

    I'm pleased with the work from RCC Waterproofing, from Justin who provided the initial work estimate and solution for my home to the work done today by Chris I and Mike. They were all professional and friendly. Kept my home clean and tidy. Thanks

    Waterproofing

    My brother-in-law vetted companies for me and they offered the best price for quality work (excavating, repairing foundation, installing weeping tile with filter, gravel, rubber guard, drainage membrane, connections, sump pump and filling). RCC Waterproofing offered a competitive price. Communication with Justin was good, explaining everything related to the work and providing fast estimates. I was advised a sump pump may need to be replaced also, and the approx. price. They confirmed before they went ahead and did this additional work. I felt the time between deposit and work scheduled was reasonable. The crew worked quickly around problems they encountered, like large roots and finished the work in 3 days. They removed and disposed of concrete. They left the work site safe at the end of each day. Enjoyed the cheerful, hardworking team. Part of my deck had to be removed to accomplish the work and it was reconstructed in good order. They took care to clean up well. I was completely satisfied with the work for this major home expense.

    Basement Waterproofing

    I was so impressed with the service from RCC Waterproofing, right from start to finish. First, Daniel was very professional and knowledgable and gave us detailed proposals for multiple solution options. We were apprehensive about the upheaval of such a renovation in the household but the crew that arrived to do the work had such an amazing work ethic that they were done in one day rather than two plus. I'm not sure I've seen such focused effort before in any home service. They worked like a well-oiled machine, with a minimum of mess during the job and a complete cleanup afterward. Our basement has a completely different feel now, even though it wasn't actually wet at the time of the job. I would definitely recommend RCC for your waterproofing needs.

    Basement waterproofing

    We had a few cracks in the foundation of our house. Although it seemed the cracks were previously fixed from inside the basement they were still leaking after heavy rain or snow melt. We contacted RCC for a free quote and evaluation of the issue. Their consultant, Sammy, called us back the next day and we discussed our options and arranged a meeting the following day. Sammy was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and provided us with several options of addressing the existing issues and potential problems in the future. The pricing wasn’t cheap but reasonable and was fully provided upfront before we made the decision. There was no hidden costs or extra payments. We chose the option that suited our budget best and signed the contract. RCC crew contacted as within 2 weeks as was discussed and started the job the following week. The workers were respectful to our property and our schedules. The crew worked very hard around the clock. They avoided noisy work outside of standard business hours that was appreciated by us and our neighbours. Everything was completed in less than three days, the site around the property was thoroughly cleaned and left in impeccable condition. RCC provided lifetime warranty for the waterproofing job they did for us so we are very happy to have taken the leaky basement off our list and our mind. Overall great job RCC! Thank you.

    Great work and great service

    Joe and his crew did a great job on waterproofing my mothers basement. The working space was tight and the day was bitterly cold but the 6 workers showed up on time at 8:oo am and worked until 6:00pm. The crew worked hard all day. They took care in their work and how they cleaned up the backyard and the neighbors driveway - they had to use it to put the dirt. We were impressed.

    House wall -external repairs work

    For specific reasons I wanted to make sure about the integrity of a certain area of the house wall down to foundation. Past May I call RCC and got Ramy (RCC consultant) to come and assess required work. Quickly, after a site visit he provided a clear quote and the work related schedule. By mid-June Jesse & Joey crew arrived early in the morning and start the job by protecting all surrounding area. Very professional, working hard, basically non-stop from 9am to almost 5pm, these two young guys did an excellent repair work. It was a very narrow place of about 3-1/2" ft wide that they need to hand-dig down to almost 6-7 ft deep by a length of about 30 ft. to access the footings of house foundation. A wall crac was exposed, properly repaired and right-away followed by water-proofing of entire wall exposed area. As said, the way the work started, was performed and completed within the scheduled time did impress me. Eight week's later - as back-up soil settled, the same RCC crew came back for a final levelling work. Ramy too followed-up after a period of heavy rain checking for any (unexpected) events. It was nothing to report ! In brief, a job well done by RCC people. Great experience. Very impressed by work quality, professionalism, care and promptness of Ramy, Jesse and Joey.

    Waterproofing

    We used RCC for waterproofing the exterior of our home, and had an amazing experience. Right from the beginning when I needed a quote, the Waterproofing Consultant Mauro, came to the home and was able to identify what needed to be done. He was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Mauro really knows his stuff, and didn’t try to sell me on anything. He explained all our options based on his expertise and put the decisions in our hands. I had full confidence at that point that we had chosen the right company for our waterproofing needs. Mauro was able to coordinate the project as well to start based on our timeline for home renovations, and the work crew showed up on time to start the job. Kid, from Pete’s crew, was the point person that I kept in touch with for any concerns and questions, and he was very professional and helpful. He made sure everything ran smoothly, and took extra care to ensure things were finished up so that aesthetically everything looked perfect. Kid and the rest of Pete’s crew had an excellent work ethic, and worked really fast to get the job done. This is a large company, and has great customer service. , I was very happy with the expertise, customer service, and quality of work that RCC Waterproofing delivers! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their waterproofing needs.

    Basement waterproofing service

    Nicholas came in and checked the water leakage in the basement and the cracks on the walls carefully. Provided professional suggestions/solutions. 4 worker showed up on scheduled date and completed the work on time. Happy with RCC service.

    Exterior and interior waterproofing

    During the first two weeks of October 2020, I employed RCC to do an extensive waterproofing of the exterior of my house and the interior waterproofing of a large basement storage room including the installation of a sump pump. I chose RCC because of the positive overall reviews, it is a large and longstanding company that offered a strong warranty, and because of Mauro -- a very knowledgeable and professional assessor who was very accessible. He made changes to the work order to ensure that all my concerns were dealt with and were identified in the contracts. The crew led by 'Kid', worked hard and efficiently. They did their best to keep the interior and exterior of our home clean despite the 'dirty nature' of the work. Everyone involved were polite and respectful. I was very satisfied with the work completed by RCC, which was necessitated to correct deficiencies of prior remedies by others.

    GREAT COMPANY

    It's been a few months since using RCC and I am happy to say I no longer have a wet basement. George explained the process, he answered all my questions, and he didn't rush me. The crew worked hard and did a good job. George followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy. This was an all-around great experience. I will recommend RCC to my family and my friends.
