Thank you for your business and your review. Waterproofing is hard, back-breaking, dirty work, and even sandy soil is actually not easier. It's harder and more dangerous. No matter how long a job takes we never ask for more money. We just do it and at the end of the year, it averages out of ones that take a little longer and ones that quicker. Our waterproofing crews do not put back interlock and/or flagstone. That is an art in itself. If it was included in contract we would have sent our interlock or stone specialists. Our replacing of interlock or stone is charged always at cost price. We do not make on profit on work outside of waterproofing as that’s what we are the best at. We actually encourage people to have there chosen landscaper or the one who put the stones down in the first place to do it as they are probably the best group to do it and make sure it's done properly.
