Put in weeping tiles along basement & garage wall. Also put tiles out in yard to divert some more water away from the house.

This is the second time (different side of house) in several years that we have needed to have repairs done to our foundation because of hairline cracks which have caused leaking in our basement. The prior time was in August of 2011 and more recently in January of this year (2017). The previous time we were very pleased with the work done and decided to call RCC again when problems appeared on the other side of the house. Again, we have been entirely satisfied and want to make mention of the fact that the men were not only very polite but also took great care in not causing any negative effects to our neighbour’s property. They were diligent in cleaning whatever mess was made and tidying the ground where they had to dig. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of our friends or family who might need such repairs done.

I called RCC Waterproofing to get an estimate for my damp but not leaking basement. I got a call the next day and a visit the following one from Richard. He was pleasant and very informative. We talked about what my plans were for the basement in the long term and recommended that I do a few things, but hold off on a larger project with RCC until I'm ready to finish the basement. While he gave me a sense of the various products the company had available, I didn't get the impression that he was trying to oversell me on products or services I didn't need. I did, however, get the impression of a company that is trustworthy, diligent, and competent. So when I'm ready to go ahead with some larger plans, I will certainly return to RCC. Based on this admittedly limited experience, I would certainly recommend calling them.

RCC was very professionnel through out the whole project. Chris & all the crew worked really hard to get the job done. They always kept the job site clean .They answered any questions we had & never made you feel like you were bothering them when you did have a question. It was a pleasure to deal with the RCC from Michael the salesman to the office staff to Chris & all the crew that did the work. We would highly recommend RCC to anyone who is thinking of getting their basement waterproofed.

On time, on budget, good workers, cleaned up after. Were polite and faster than quoted.

We asked RCC to give us an assessment of work done by another contractor to fix a leak in our basement which still left us with pooling of water in the exact same places 2 months later and they were not standing by their warranty. The RCC rep was very courteous after reviewing the basement, he told us, he was familiar with this issue and that it should have been fixed from the inside with a sump pump rather than from the outside as the previous contractors had done. He did not pressure us to make a decision and when we asked about warranties he assured us that if we still had water in the basement they would fix the issue for free. We decided to go with RCC rather than try to go back to the other contractor . We were very happy with their work. We have had several days of melt and rain since and the basement is completely dry. It even smells better! Thank you RCC.

I notice that in my basement I got water so when I went outside I had a crack in my foundation. My friend told me about rcc. They came out gave me a great price and did a wonderful job on the problem I had. I am pleased with rcc and I didn't get water in my basement ever again. Thank you

Sealing of large basement internal/external crack. Work done professionally and within the estimated time frame. Left everything clean.

One morning I woke up to a flooded basement and had know idea who or where to call . Walking outside to get my morning paper I ended up running into to neighbor and explained to him what occurred in my basement . He referred me to the company based in Toronto called RCC waterproofing . I called them immediately and made an appointment with their customer service department which honestly ended being very helpful and experienced. The estimator show up properly between the time frame they agreed upon and quickly asset the issue and the problem was resolved within 5 business days . I would not think for a min about calling RCC again for any further problems I may have in the future and definitely will recommend them to whomever needs their services .
