When we experienced water leaking into our basement of out Danforth home, Jamie and his team waterproofed our exterior foundation to fix the issue. Jamie was very accommodating and his team completed the work in a single day. They also went beyond their deliverable and repaired the previous job which in their opinion was not completed properly. I would recommend RCC to anyone who needs waterproofing work. Their prices are also very competitive.Answer from pro:

Very Happy with Marco, Chris and the boys. They showed up on time, were very professional and friendly. They also took the time to explain what they were going to do and once things started the entire crew didn't stop until the job was done. I even interrupted Chris and Marco a few times to ask specific questions and again they had no issues explaining things to me and made me feel at ease with their knowledge and experience. Drop cloths were used throughout and zero mess was left behind upon completion. Really can't say enough good things about these guys and the work they did. They even fixed an old incorrectly connected floor drain and connected it to the new system. That was something discovered during the job and they did it without any hesitation or extra charge. The job was quoted and completed within the specified time Every member of the crew were well informed and willing to answer any question or concern I had. We had a crack in our basement wall and called RCC. Mr. Jeff Martins arrived and inspected and he was very professional and gave us an estimate and answered all our questions professionally. The team that came to do the work were excellent and professional and completed the work in a few hours. their names were Ryan R, Josh C, Evo & Curtis. The team of Ivan and Matao were very organized, conscientious and very thorough in completing the 38 feet of block walls on the exterior of the basement walls that had leaks. They completed the very difficult digging and sealing the walls with great expertise and workmanship. They cleaned up their work area impressively and worked well as a team. RCC should count their blessings that they have two such dedicated employees working for them. I strongly recommend this company for basement waterproofing needs!Answer from pro:

The front wall of my basement was waterproofed in only one day. The sump pump was installed the next day. A team of two was very efficient and clean. There were no hidden costs. Rick, the rep, explained the whole process before hand and broke down the costs and what to expect from the crew. He also followed up after and made sure everything was satisfactory. We hired RCC to waterproof a crack on one of the outside wall of my home from neighbour’s side. Justin Stokes and his crew (Eddy and Rogers) did an exceptional job. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. Justin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
