Submitted a request on web to rcc waterproofing for a free inspection because of water in basement when ever it rains. On of the contractors contacted me after one day setup a time and day for a visit. The person was very honest and told me where the water comes from and advised me i can do it myself and will not cost me very much. Will definet;y contact them if i need my basement waterproofed.

I had over 8 companies give me estimates its scary when it comes right down to it. I did pick the right guys from RCC Core who first came to my house and the guys who did the work. I think Rob was the team leader but the other guys Derick and John also did a great job from the start to the clean up we have had some big rains in the last few weeks and no wet feet good work guys

Rick Deagazio at RCC was punctual, professional and a great communicator. Rick and his team provided excellent and professional repairs and install of sump pump on our home. Everything from start to finish was fast and effective. They made sure we were happy! I would like to thank Rick for his kindness, honestly and professional support. As the owner of a relatively new property in Richmond Hill, I was given a nasty surprise when we tried to sell our home, and the buyers' inspector came back stating there is a possible issue with our basement. The buyer had contacted a few basement companies and they got quotes indicating thousands of dollars of repair is required. (Despite there is no leaks, no water damage in the basement). Needless to say, the buyer was scared, they backed off, and the deal fell through. As the seller, I wanted to do my own due diligence, and I contacted RCC for a quote to repair my basement. Nader was kind to come onsite to check my basement and to listen to what I heard from the buyer. He concluded that there was no cracks/ water damage and that no immediate repair is needed, and walked away from my house with no business. I imagine it would have been easy for Nader to sell me on a repair job; after all, that's what a few of the other basement companies did to the buyer. Instead, Nader gave me his honest assessment, and did not pressure me into a solution that was not right for me. I think it takes an individual and a company with integrity and a solid reputation to walk away from an opportunity to make money. I thank Nader and RCC for doing the right thing, for not recommending a fix when no repair is needed. THANK YOU for your help.

Engaged RCC to fix my basement leak, the RCC staff Rick is a great rep, being courteous and promptly responded to all my questions, even tried his best to accommodate some unexpected change. The RCC crew came on site is led by Brutom, whose team did an excellent job of fixing the the leaks that have tortured me for more than 3 years. the crew did an professional job to make sure they did it once and did it right. the crew also made sure they cleaned / restored everything before they left the site. just here to thank all the help that been given.

Shortly after I purchased my older home I noticed extensive water leakage throughout different areas in the basement. It turned out that 3 sides of the house needed to be waterproofed. Some of the work required digging by hand in a very narrow space and they worked tirelessly in extreme heat to fix the problem They are professional, prompt, courteous, neat, and extremely hardworking. They were also very sympathetic to my situation and took the time to explain what was involved in fixing the problem. Their price is reasonable for the amount of work and skill they provide. This is a very good company. Their customer service is great. You will not be disappointed.

We recently had RCC Waterproofing to our home to provide us with a quote on repairing a leak in our basement. The representative (Jamie) was kind, courteous and professional. He conducted a full assessment and advised that we, the homeowners, could fix the issue on our own at a small cost (less than $50). This was strikingly different from the first quote we received from another company which was close to $1500! Jamie took the time to explain everything to me so that I could relay the information to my husband. He was patient and polite as I asked him to repeat information so that I could write it down. A few weeks later, I reached out to Jamie again to ask that he provide me with a written summary of his findings/recommendations for resolution so that I could share this information with my insurance company. He kindly responded within 30 minutes of my request. Very, very pleased with RCC Waterproofing and highly recommend them!

I've gotten 4 waterproofing quotes and RCC [Jamie] is the only one that told me, in detail, what's going to happen and what's expected. There was a few questions that were off topic [not waterproofing related] about my house and I was surprised of the amount of knowledge Jamie has. The crew did a fantastic job. They worked really hard and made sure that my neighbours side was cleaner than clean. Yes I live next door to those kind of crazy neighbours. Thank you RCC for your fantastic work!!!
