All contacts with RCC were very professional. Rick came on site for the estimate and gave a thorough explanation of the work. When the work was scheduled, RCC came on time, completed the work in a tidy and neat manner and finished when they said the would. Very satisfied customer.

I had a lot of moisture and wetness in my finished basement so I researched possible solutions and knew exactly what type of work needed to be done in my downtown semi. I gutted the basement myself to make it easier for company reps to give me accurate quotes. I then got 3 free quotes from 3 very reputable companies' reps who knew that I had 'done my homework' and was very aware of what work needed to be done. In the end it was Rick D. from RCC Waterproofing who was the rep who convinced me to choose his company because not only was he super-knowledgeable and very nice, but he also didn't pressure me or try to convince me to get unnecessary work done (as did both the other reps). It also helped that Rick's estimate was ultra-competitive as compared to the two other quotes I received--in fact, his estimate was less than half (1/2) of the largest estimate that I had received (for very similar work). Rick told me it would be about 3-4 weeks before RCC could begin working on my basement because they were super-busy--which is a very good sign if you ask me. One other rep called me 2x to try to convince me to choose his company, but that didn't sit right with me as I could almost feel the desperation emanating through the phone line. But I digress. Almost 3 weeks after I signed the contract with Rick, RCC sent over 2 crews to work on my basement in tandem and they completed the project in only 2 days. Each and every crew member was polite and courteous and didn't ask anything of me, even though I offered multiple times. I also asked them to let me know when I could take pictures of their work at every stage of construction: trench digging, weeping tile/gravel/ sump, concrete finishing. They also cleaned-up after themselves during and between each stage. I must say, that in my time, I have dealt with some crummy construction contractors and some very good ones, and RCC Waterproofing is chief among the VERY BEST construction companies that I have ever dealt with. From my first meeting with Rick D., to the final stage of construction, RCC Waterproofing was extremely professional and trustworthy--I didn't pay one cent more than was quoted me in my estimate and the workmanship was exceptional. And for those of you who are reading this long, long review, I would like you to know that the other 2 companies that I didn't choose were listed quite prominently on a certain famous Canadian contractor's website. I had Rick from RCC come to my property in Oakville on 2 occassions in 2010 and 2012 to repair some leaks in my basement. Rick was prompt in returning calls, estimates were clear and concise and his crews turned up on time and were most professional, and importantly left the property clean at completion of the work. I cannot recommend Rick's work enough or the quality of this company.

Rcc arrived as promised at 8 am and worked diligently with few if any breaks throughout the entire day . They were well equipped , knowledgeable ,and courteous .I was very impressed with the entire team .No request was refused and each staff member worked their hearts out to finish in a timely and efficient manner .Upon completion of the project they left my residence as neat as a pin . I salute the organization and the fine and competent staff in their employ . Thank you and you will get my recommendation without question .

RCC Waterproofing fixed a leak in our basement wall this summer. The crew worked really hard and completed our job in one day. They were great to work with and our basement wall is now nice and dry. I now recommend RCC to all of my friends and family. Thank you for the great job!

Having heard horror stories about waterproofing contractors, i was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of Cor the sales rep from Rcc and his thorough explanation of the repair process that would be required to stop my basement from leaking. When we decided to go with Rcc we met the 2 team leaders John & Rob who answered any further questions we had. The crews were always there when they said they would be and even when it poured raining we were called. The guys were courteous and the cleanest I have ever met when dealing with our home, we thank the guys from Rcc London and would tell everyone that this is the company to address all you water leaking problems.

I'm happy to hear that there are so many good reviews on here. We did not have the same experience. We had our foundation waterproofed and took well over a month and a half for RCC to complete. They did not fix our cracks prior to waterproofing which was part of their procedure and as a result we were still left with a leaking basement. They did come back to rectify the problem but all of this could have been avoided by following their procedure. I hope that we were a rare case because it was a waste of our time and $$$$

Rob and his team exceeded our expectations! We had major cracks in our foundation and an old clogged weeping tile, and of course, a damp and smelly basement. RCC properly addressed our issues by installing a 3-layer protection system on our foundation, sealing the major cracks, installed a backwater valve and weeping tile, all while paying attention to even the smallest detail. They arrived on time each morning throughout the week and they were cautious to not make noise or bother our neighbors during unsound hours (no pun intended)... Rob even helped us acquire a municipal grant for some of the repairs and changes involved! My wife and I have dealt with a handful of contractors in the past and never had the privilege of dealing with such an honest, professional and tidy crew--the way it SHOULD be. Way to go guys. I had a leak in my basement during strong rains. Had a quote by RCC and they gave a reasonable price. Great service and advice by sales agent Nader. Work Crew were clean, quick and very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

We had a terrible leak and called RCC for a quote. Danny (one of the sales guys) came out was so very helpful. He made us feel at easy and was able to advise us as to why it was leaking and how to fix it. We had Danny and his crew come out to fix the problem. The guys were all great, they kept the site really clean and they were very curtious, we were really impressed with the customer focus that Danny provided to us and how at ease he made us feel. We would definaltey use RCC again and would recommend them to our friends and family.
