    Dryer Repair

    Emailed Joe about my issue, he responded first thing next morning and had my dryer fixed and working before lunchtime. Highly professional, full of good advise and a friendly guy to boot.

    Fridge Repair

    I was extremely happy with the service provided to repair my fridge by Joe, The Appliance Guy. He responded quickly to my call, came by the same day to do the repair, and charged me a reasonable price. I will certainly call him again when I have any other appliance problem!

    Beaumark Dryer Repair

    Joe was candid and very prompt, as well as clearly operating with our best interest in mind. He performed the dryer repair for us, the same day he came, last November/December (2015) and the dryer is still working well, having been used MANY times since! I put $250 but I honestly can't recall the cost. It was very reasonable for the time, parts and effort he provided.

    Fridge leaking water from the freezer to the vegetable tray

    Joe came in promptly on time and started to work as soon as he come in. He explained to me about the design fault with the water drip system in the freezer and completed the job, cleaned up a little mold as well within 1 hr. He also pointed out the air vents in the bottom of the fridge was clogged with dust and explained to me on how to clean it to help the fridge run more smoothly. Would definitely call him again for any problems with my appliances.

    Dryer Repair

    Called Joe first thing in the morning as my dryer was not working. He showed up just after lunch same day and diagnosed the problem with the error code F01 I was getting on my Whirlpool. Not only did he fix it but saved me over $250 by soldering the control board instead of having to replace it with a new one. Joe is the best and most honest repair person and he will always have my business.

    Oven heating element replacement

    Joe masterfully replaced the oven heating element in my "vintage" oven. He was quick, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. He easily overcame an installation challenge, and now has the oven working reliably again. I highly recommended him.

    Refrigerator repair

    The Appliance Guy was very cordial and pleasant while he analyze the reason why the refrigerator was not cooling. He explained what he was doing while working. He was very experienced and knowledgeable and knew right away what the cause was. He also brought the part with him so he did not have to go back to his vehicle. I do recommend the Appliance Guy for any repair work

    Fridge

    Joe fixed our dryer about a year ago and we were extremely pleased at the service. He is quick, knowledgeable and reliable. We called him again when the fridge stopped working and, sure enough, it was fixed that morning. Thank you Joe!

    Refrigerator repair

    Our side by side refrigerator stopped cooling. It is 18 years old so we thought we would just buy a new one. But it belonged to my mother who only got to enjoy it for two years before she passed away, so we wanted to see if we could save it. Joe came quickly and found the problem right away and was able to fix it at a great price. Joe was friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing. We are happy we found someone who knows his job really well and that we could trust. Thanks again Joe

    Refridgerator Repair

    I was very pleased with Joe's prompt service and repair. He is very professional and knowledgeable about appliances. He was able to diagnose and repair our fridge within an hour and saved us from having to buy a new fridge. I would highly recommend him to anyone else needing an appliance repaired.
