    Great Service on 30 Year Old Gas Oven

    I highly recommend Joe, The Appliance Guy. The oven on my 30 year old gas stove suddenly stopped working. I found Joe on the Homestars website, and when I called him and he said he knew what stove I had and what was wrong with it, I sensed immediately that he would be able to fix it. He came the next day and replaced the part. It's great to meet someone who is as competent as he is and who has a lovely personality as well. Thank you Joe!

    Dryer Repair

    Joe was very prompt with the service call. As well, he ensured that my dryer was repaired and worked efficiently. He was professional and informative in his knowledge of appliances and repairs. If you want the job done right, call him.

    Dishwasher repair

    Valve was broken. Water pouring out of dishwasher. Joe came when he said he would. Very professional and helpful. Clean and quick. Repaired and tested. Highly recommend him for dishwasher repair.

    Oven repair

    Last week the oven stopped working on our stove. After a quick chat with the GE people, a service call was in order. I found Joe on HomeStars and gave him a quick ring. Despite being some distance away and having several open files, he was able to come by within a few hours. Because he had asked the right questions on the phone, he showed up with the required parts, got down to business and had the oven up and running within 15 minutes. It was not something that could have been done by myself. Joe was polite, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Absolutely excellent service!

    Gas Oven repair

    Joe was fantastic. He came and repaired my gas oven with confidence, had all of the parts he needed for the job and was very efficient in the replacement of the element. I am so thankful to have someone I can trust, make my oven safe to use!

    Dryer repair

    Joe is very knowledgeable, reliable and affordable. I have used the appliance guy twice now and would highly recommend him. Remember if his name is not Joe, you dont have the Real appliance guy.

    Stove Repair

    I would highly recommend Joe. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. And he did a great job repairing my stove. Plus he threw in some free advice that I am pretty sure will save my fridge in the long term.

    Outstanding service quality and professionalism

    Our 15 years old favourite Maytag dryer started to make huge noise on Friday. I sent pictures to Joe and asked for quick appointment. He was at our home on Monday noontime with possible replacement parts in his truck! Repair took one hour. I watched him for a while working with precision of a surgeon. I have never seen anyone else leaving the work site so clean and tidy. He is an irreplaceable resource for us. Thank you Joe. Amazing job, again!

    Fixed gas stove

    My GE Profile gas oven was not heating properly. I was very pleased with the service received - pleasant, professional, and effective. Joe was not only careful and thoughtful, but he solved the problem with the least cost and the greatest efficiency. He returned my call promptly and left me with a fully operational oven that baked a cake that afternoon. Recommended!

    Oven Repair

    When my 14 year old oven stopped working mid-baking I thought I would have to purchase a new one since they discontinued this brand years ago. I left detailed messages for a couple of repair companies for quotes and Joe from The Appliance Guy was the only one that responded and did so within an hour. He arrived the next morning at the scheduled time, took one look at it and had the right part in his van to fix it. I am pleased to say my oven is working like new. I found Joe to be very professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. He also provided me with tips on how to prolong the life of my very old oven. I would definitely call him again whenever I have another appliance problem.
