    Excellent Service

    My Samsung dryer would not heat anymore. Joe the Appliance Guy was able to figure out the issue and bring parts with him 1 day after my initial call to him. He was bang on!! The repair took him about an hour and my dryer was working again like new. Joe was very knowledgeable and efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Joe The Appliance Guy for any of your appliance repairs

    Fridge not cooling

    We have contacted Joe and Colin when our fridge stopped cooling and another technician was not able to find the issue. Colin was prompt and after 15 min of testing he found that the evaporator needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and installed it as soon as it was received. Colin is a pleasure to work with and a seasoned professional. Highly recommended! Thank you!

    Refrigerator repair

    A door on a refrigerator freezer not fully closed all night was the cause of a noise. One phone call, immediately returned, was appreciated. Ultimately a date 2 days later was set for repair. The repairman showed up a day early by coming at 6 pm to save the food in my refrigerator. The problem was diagnosed immediately and the work was done within in 90 minutes. Thanks, you saved the day and my food.

    Fix a Bosch Fridge & Dishwasher as well as a Samsung Fridge

    Had 3 issues to be solved on 3 appliances all over 15 yrs old: 1. Samsung - Freezer handle on French door fridge had come off .. model not supported by Samsung anymore 2. Bosch Dishwasher - handle came loose and the bolt fell inside the front door unit.. needed to be taken apart 3. Bosch Warming Drawer - Drawer was not closing and its utility nulled Joe had organized one of his subcontractors Colin to come and fix. Beyond some early communication and responsiveness issues, when we finally got that sorted Colin took time to understand the models and issues and procured what was needed (mostly for the oven). When he arrived Colin was a real pro and fixed all 3 issues within an hour. He had bought two rails to replace the faulty oven warming drawer but realized he only had to replace one and was upfront in not doing work or adding unnecessary cost ..

    Excellent Service and knows his stuff

    Joe is my go to guy for appliance repair. He is very honest and tells you what you need to know. He is very responsive and prompt. He came and fixed my fridge the day I called him. Highly recommend. I have used him for my dryer as well.

    Fast and Excellent quote

    I had a quick repair from Colin on our washer and He did an amazing job knew exactly what to do and was super fast. Other companies quoted me more than double this cost.

    Fridge Repair

    Joe did a great job on the repair of my mom's fridge. He is very experienced and clearly enjoys his work and helping people. He replied right away to my emails and kept me informed about his ETA to the house. He evaluated the fridge and recommended a repair, which he did and now the fridge is running like new. It needed a fairly pricey part which drove up the cost a bit, but it was still much cheaper than buying a new fridge in a similar size and style. My mother liked him and said he was very knowledgeable. He helped her unpack the freezer and stayed extra time after the repair to let the fridge cool down so he could make sure the new part was working properly. We highly recommend Joe and would definitely call on him again. Angela

    ANOTHER STELLAR EXPERIENCE- HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    A panic call placed to Joe because my 18 year old fridge gave up the ghost. He returned my call promptly and came down here to Etobicoke later in the morning. He identified the issue right away and had the thing up and running after a little bit. It was fascinating to watch him remove the back wall inside the freezer only to find a buildup of ice and a fan motor that wasn't working. He then got to work making everything right. He explained everything as he was going along and is a pleasure to talk to. This is the third time I have used Joe for various applances and each time been driven to leave a 10/10 review. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Joe to anyone needing an 'appliance guy'. Thanks Joe!!!

    Quick friendly service from Joe's associate Colin.

    Joe couldn't fit us into his schedule but recommended his colleague Colin - Colin talked me through the problem (water coming out from under a washing machine) and told me his suspicions (loose hose). Colin arrived within a couple of days and had the problem fixed in no time. He ran an empty wash load to make sure the problem did not re-occur. He also took the time (as it ran) to talk to me about my concerns about my fridge. Colin's visit gave us peace of mind and we would certainly call him again if we had any similar problems. I also want to thank him for respecting my household's Covid precautions and wearing a mask while onsite with no issue.
