    Microwave Fix

    Joe recommended Danny to us. We have a built in Microwave which is getting older but has worked great and is fitted for the space. Danny came by and figured out a fuse had blown. I spoke to him before ordering the fuse and he walked me through a process to see if a new fuse would actually fix the issue or if more than likely the motherboard was blown. I was able to determine it was the fuse and saved another service call by Danny although I'll be recommending him to others. Very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about appliance repairs. Do not hesitate to reach out to use his services or Joe's. Lindsey Hall

    Washing machine repair

    As Joe was not able to come to our house, he recommended his colleague Danny to us. Danny looked at our leaking washing machine, explained the problem to us and what needed to be done. He was very professional and did an excellent job repairing our washing machine. He is a very knowledgeable and easy-going person and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future.     Install or Repair Dryer
    Joe was amazing to deal with. He called me immediately and was able to come by the house very quickly. He asked questions on his way to the property and was able to diagnose even before he arrived to ensure he would have the necessary parts. Everything is working great. If ever needed I would not hesitate to call Joe again.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Called Joe to see if our dishwasher could be repaired as it was leaving suds at the bottom after each cycle. Joe referred me to his colleague Danny who came out promptly to have a look. Danny was great as he explained exactly what the issue was. He was able to get the part and come the day after New Year's to repair our dishwasher. Thanks Danny.

    An absolute gem!

    Joe is irreplaceable. He comes to help as soon as he can and is brilliant about determining the problem quickly. His rates are more than reasonable and he's enjoyable to talk to. I also always learn from him. My parents and I will never go to anyone else for our appliance repairs!

    Washing Machine Repair

    My 10 yr old washing machine was making loud knocking noises and I called Joe. He was able to narrow down the problem over the phone, and came out the next day to take a look. Unfortunately the bearing was broken and it wouldn't make financial sense to proceed with such a repair. When I was doing the disconnect for my washer myself and I hit a bit of a snag with a very stubborn hose & water connection, Joe was able to talk me through it over the phone. He really is the best of the best, and I'll definitely call him for any other appliance servicing. Thank you Joe, I truly appreciate your professionalism, advice and guidance!

    REPAIR GAS OVEN

    I called Joe to service my gas oven, He responded promptly and knew exactly what to do to get the oven working again. The oven is about 20 years old and working like new. Joe is very professional and very knowledgeable in the industry. I will definitely be in contact again for any other services in my home.

    Fridge and stove repair

    My fridge stopped working. I called around and was trying to get a repair done. I saw Joe's reviews on homestars and decided to call. I'm so glad that I called Joe. He was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem. He arrived on time. He not only got the fridge working he made other repairs to the fridge. Joe also repaired my stove that wasn't running correctly. He made sure that everything was running and working properly. He also provided me advice on how to maintain my appliances. I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family. Thanks Joe.

    Oven repair

    My 22 year old oven stopped heating. I was doubtful it could be repaired because many of the parts are no longer available. Joe did research prior to his arrival on my oven and then methodically tested components including those on the main control board, which was the malfunction. Thankfully he had a control board for my oven with him. Eureka, my oven now works. I was dreading looking for a replacement and the cost since my oven was top of the line when purchased. Joe has repaired my appliances over the years and did his best to extend the life of top end appliances. Highly recommend.

    Fridge repair

    Joe responded quickly to fix a fridge that is over 20 years old. He knew exactly what to do and took the time to explain everything to me. He is super friendly and a true professional. He now has a customer for life!
