    A Top Professional

    We called Joe to fix our fridge. We were greatly impressed by his punctuality, knowledge, and final result. We have our fridge back. We give his service 10 out of 10. We highly recommend him. We already sent his contact info to a couple of people. Our message was brief: "If need - it should be Joe only". Thank you, Joe, very much!

    Amazing, expert service

    I reached out to Joe for help with my washing machine repair based on excellent reviews on HomeStars. He engaged his colleague Danny to help me out and I am so grateful! Danny was OUTSTANDING. His expert knowledge and help led to a quick repair. He was very honest and I trusted his approach completely. He was also incredibly kind.     Samsung washing machine repair

    For some reason, there was all of a sudden a large hole in the door seal of our Samsung washing machine. Based on prior reviews, I got in touch with Joe via email to have it repaired. I received a prompt reply that he would not be in the area, but Danny could have a look at it. I cannot say enough about Danny's expertise and dedication to client service. He was able to replace the door seal without removing the dryer on top of the washer - a big savings in time and effort, as both are located in a small space and not easily moved. He also did not charge me upfront for the replacement door seal, whereas another provider wanted over $200 upfront. He communicated clearly throughout the repair process and was very professional. His cost was a significant savings over another quote, and was done quickly. I would happily recommend Danny and Joe for future appliance repairs.

    Samsung Dryer Heater assembly replacement

    My 8 year old Samsung Dryer (dv50f9a8evp/ac) gave up heating, even though the drum rotated and no other issues. The display didn't show-up any error neither the Samsung Care app images. Contacted few top rated people from Homestars. All gave nearly similar quotes for heating issue , Joe called me and I proceeded with him, as he explained the possible issues which could be a less cost thermal fuse or higher cost replacement of the heater assembly - which could be a rare situation . He arranged his partner Dany to visit. Dany who servers my area , called me and explained the same. He showed up promptly as scheduled. To my bad, the issue was on the heater coil element. Dany showed me with the multimeter reading from the faulty unit. The price was discussed upfront before the replacement of a new Samsung heater assembly unit. As a Samsung service man , he carried the original spare units in his van, so no delay for parts. The Dryer internal housing case was also vacuumed and cleaned by him. He explained about the expected burning smell from the new heating coil during the initial use , preventing future brake downs, and also about the 2 month parts & 1 month labor warranty, incase of a manufacture defect. Satisfied with the job , nice team (Joe/Dany) to get the service quickly. Recommend this team for appliances services.

    Kitchen fridge

    The reviews are all true. Joe responded to my message same day (on a Sunday) and tried to diagnose over the phone. He called back the next day to let me know Colin would be contacting me. Colin arrived and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the broken temperature gauge which caused an ice buildup in the freezer behind the back panel (which is out of sight) and blocked airflow to the fridge. Temp went back down to a normal 37 degrees that night (from 68 degrees). These are my new go to appliance professionals !! Thank you so much!!

    Joe is nothing short of amazing!

    In this age of appliances being so hard to get, we were full of anxiety when our clothes dryer suddenly stopped heating. We found Joes info on our Nextdoor app and called him in the morning. He came two hours later, inspected our dryer, found the problem (a broker heater), spent time replacing the heater, and cleaned out the lint all the way out to the outside of the house. He was so kind and personable, assured us that we didnt need to purchase another dryer, and explained exactly what he did and why. To our joy, the dryer was repaired within an hour and we were up and running again. Joe has been doing this for many years, and we will not hesitate to call him the next time one of our appliances has issues!!!!

    Front-load Washing Machine Repair

    Joe was prompt and professional from initial contact. He scheduled a call to discuss the specific issues with our washing machine (Whirlpool Duet). He research the appropriate parts in order to be as efficient as possible once he arrived. Even though he had to step out to pick up another replacement part, he kept in contact and advised me when he was returning. Joe is a very genuine guy; very polite, professional & knowledgeable! To top off the service call (which was very fair priced), Joe found my husbands wedding ring that had gone missing for over 2 years!! Im so thankful I called Joe and how thorough he was when checking our machine! Joe is on my speed-dial now for any appliance repairs in the future.

    Refrigerator

    For over 15 years, Joe has helped us out and been very honest with us. He is so quick to return calls and shows up when he says he will. He is also very passionate about his work and makes every effort to keep costs down. I trust him and 100% recommend to everyone who needs help keeping family life going smoothly!

    Stove repair

    Terrific service. I called Joe to describe the problem we were having with our stove. He assessed the problem on the phone so that he selected the appropriate replacement part he thought he was going to need - so that there wouldn't be a delay. He arrived and immediately started working. Fixed the problem within one hour. Total pleasure to work with in every respect.

    Dishwasher installation

    Joe returned our call promptly and arranged for installer Danny to call us within minutes. Danny showed up on time, obviously well experienced and very knowledgeable we truly appreciated his advice on purchasing a new dishwasher vs costly repairs on our old one.
