Kenmore dishwasher suddenly stopped working. Within 24 hours of calling Joe, the dishwasher is up and running again. Prior to doing the on-site diagnostic, Joe came prepared with a couple ideas of what was causing the problem (turned out to be the thermostat) and brought a replacement part. I especially appreciate this foresight because it saved me the additional time and expense of scheduling a further appointment. Thank you for your excellent and conscientious customer service, Joe!

My gas clothes drier broke and the broiler in my oven had stopped working a couple of months ago. I contacted Joe and he responded within 14 hours and came to the house to fix both appliances within 24 hours. Very efficient, experienced, diagnosed problem immediately. Very happy with quick excellent service. Do not confuse him for another company with similar name. Joe works for himself and has many years of experience which shows in his work.

Joe arrived and quickly diagnosed and repaired my GE dryer. He had the parts in his truck and obviously knew the machine and what to do. I'd use him again without hesitation. Do not confuse the Appliance Guy (Joe) with another company using a very similar name.

I was searching the internet to find someone to repair my washing machine and found The Appliance Guy on Homestars. I was so impressed by all the good reviews that I thought I should give it a try. I wasn't disappointed! Those reviews were absolutely right. Sent an email in the evening and Joe was here the next day to do the repair. He had to wait 20 min. for me to arrive from work and did not complaint (sorry about the wait Joe!). He had the replacement part with him (lid switch). Took 20 min. and everything was fixed. Very reasonable price. I'll call him again for sure if needed. Thanks Joe

I was so impressed with Joe. He fit us in on New Years Eve even though we were outside of his service area. He was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly (11 year old freezer/fridge not cold) without saying we needed an expensive part. Would highly recommend The Appliance Guy!

I would highly recommend The Appliance Guy for repairs on any home appliances. Joe was professional, fast, had the needed parts in his truck and very reasonable on price. Had him check my dryer too and he found worn parts that would have eventually cost me way more than it did to replace the worn parts.

I'm giving The Appliance Guy 10 out of 10 because of his quality of service and honesty. ... I called The Appliance Guy, Joe, yesterday morning and squeezed me into his schedule for the same day. He took a look at my Frigidaire washer and gave me an honest recommendation to replace my 13 year old washer rather than fixing it (... honest). He fixed my gas dryer problem, plus an additional problem (that a previous repair person did) and cleaned out huge buildup of lint that had collected under the lint filter.

Found The Appliance Guy on HomeStars and couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Called and left a message, Joe called back quickly, came to see me the next day. The gas oven didn't light, he diagnosed it quickly, fixed the problem and gave me some great maintenance tips. I appreciated that Joe cleaned up after he was done. There's no substitute for experience, I would strongly recommend Joe.

He was nice enough to take the time & troubleshoot why my soap dispenser wasn't opening during wash cycles with no unnecessary repairs/parts needed. And, he also looked to explain why my stove was taking so long to preheat with no additional charge. I have also used him in the past for my washing machine & was quite happy with my service then as well.

Our dryer was not producing hot air. We called the Appliance guy and told him that we were in a bind in that we needed our dryer repaired immediately. He was prompt, efficient and very thorough.
