Woke up in the morning and found that items in the fridge weren't as cold as usual. Freezer worked fine but fridge side was warming up. Called and Joe promptly returned my call. We made an appointment for the following morning and it was fixed up shortly after. Thanks Joe!

Christmas week 2011 (I just realized I had not written a review) my fridge stopped running....Joe called and since he was extremely busy he sent his friend Peter who was so pleasant and efficient. A week later Joe came to repair my stove, he too was pleasant and efficient. Great service.

My fridge/freezer broke. I called and left a message for The applicance guy and it was returned within 20 minutes. Joseph arrived within the hour. He was able to diagnose the issue with the fridge, replaced the part a clean up the mess all within an hour. He was extremely courteous, helpful and seemed very trustworthy. Thanks Joseph!

Prompt and professional-quite possibly the best appliance repair experience I have encountered. Joe was competent and experienced, quickly diagnosing the lack of cooling in my refrigerator and fixing it efficiently.

I was having an issue with my dryer. When I would put clothes in to dry, there was no hot air coming through. I called several companies and then I came across the Appliance Guy. I saw how many good reviews he had so I thought to give them a try. I called on the weekend but they were closed. I was given a call back the next business day and Joe was able to come that morning. He diagnosed the problem right away, the heater was broken. The good thing is he had the part on hand which I was so pleased with, I could tell right away that Joe knew his stuff. He was extremely knowledgeable and he was there to make sure the problem was fixed and that I was happy. I have never received such excellent customer service in my life. Joe was amazing and I will recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you :)

a while ago I broke the latch on the dryer door and with out it the dryer wouldnt work he gave me an idea for a temporary fix using pop can and then he came over and replaced the latch. great service totally happy and would use appliance guy again for all my appliances repairs in the future

The Appliance Guy is very friendly. He first tried to talk us through a fix on the phone, but then made a visit when that proved unsuccessful. He had to use some heavy duty equipment to clear our blockage, and the challenge seem to generally interest him--I can honestly say he appears to love his job! The price was great and we wanted to hire him again when we had another appliance problem, with our stove, but he mainly works further north in Toronto and in the suburbs, I believe.

Joe came to our home to help repair our Stove/Oven and was able to fix it quickly and easily. He even had the part that was needed on hand. It has been working perfectly ever since. We also had trouble with our dryer - Joe was able to fix it, and offer good advice as to what should and shouldn't be done in the future to prevent us from spending money unnecessarily. His honesty was refreshing and appreciated. Joe was on time, responsive and very professional. I would recommend him for any appliance repairs. This was our second time using him.

My mother's refrigerator had some water collecting under the crisper drawers. I found The Appliance Guy on Homestars. I called and was very happy when Joe called back within hours. He was pleasant and courteous and said he would try to come the next day but more likely the following day. And that he would call before he came. He called before he came and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently fixed it. His cost was more than reasonable. He was kind to my elderly mother and explained everything to her. Been having some issues with my dishwasher for years and finally decided to have it checked. Called Joe in the morning and he was here in the afternoon. Super nice guy and has great knowledge in dishwashers. He walked me through the potential problems, told me he saw little noticeably wrong with it but since he was here he cleaned it out for me. Plastic was found in the chopper which affected the machine. He cleaned everything out and it works better now. He was an honest guy not out to gouge me with un-needed repairs or parts. Would recommend him any day. Thanks
