When my ancient dryer broke I made a number of calls. Appliance Guy was the first one who called back, so he got my business. He arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem within about 30 seconds (broken belt) and had the part to fix it on hand. He said it's good to go for another 30 years.

I had called a lot of appliance repair specialist to repair my oven but none of them had reasonable prices. Then, i called The Appliance Guy, they came and looked at my oven and repaired it just under $150. Also, they cleaned all the dirt that was caused while repairing.Definetly good service.

After trying to get a quote from a number of different companies The Appliance Guy called us back quickly and offered us a reasonably priced quote for a small job. We were very happy with the customer service and the quality of the repair.

This guy knows his appliances! We thought we would need a new dryer, according to the manufacturer we did, but he is a professional who fixed it on the spot. We were very happy and have recommended him to our friends.

Joe is very swift with his response to calls, his diagnostics & repair. He truly has an instinct with appliances - what's good, what to avoid, what's worth repairing or replacing. A true professional who does not waste your time or money - he's too busy for that!! And for good reason. He's the best!

After moving into our new house new issues started to encounter with our appliances and that's why we called in the appliance guy. Their staff were very courteous an kind, and we're able to lead me to the solution to my problem. Hopefully when I have the budget I will update all the appliances but for now the appliance guys were great at getting a solution for my problem. Thanks!

I contacted The Appliance Guy after experiencing some problems in my fridge's ability to function properly, At the end of the day it came down to a firm diagnosotic that worked by this contractor. In other words, the Appliance Guy was able to deliver an effective solution in compasrison to one other contractor i had called. I was very proud to see the problem fixed but it required a bit of hassle since we had to turn off the fridge for a few hours. I was pleased to use a highly rated contractor from homestars, and will highly consider services by them for my appliances in the coming future. Thanks You

Joe was great. He came out right away. Told me what was wrong, fixed the issues, tested and it worked. That night the machine stopped working. Called Joe, he came back quickly the next day and found a sock in the pump housing. He fixed it and did not charge for the second trip. This guy is great!

I needed my stove in my basement apt repaired and I heard from word of mouth about the appliance guy. I gave a quick call, i believe his name was mark or joe that helped me and was very effiecient on setting up a date to come out and take a look as I was without stove for several days with young children. The day came where they came and looked at it and fixed it in no time. I was able to start using it within an hour of them showing up. I would reccommend them because of their quick and efficient service.
