I normally don't write these reviews, Joe continues to provide exemplary service that needs to be noted. He always engages in a conversation first to determine if a service call is necessary or if you could find a way to fix it yourself. From there he is sure to provide excellent estimates, sticks to timelines and is sure to explain any concerns over potential 'gotchas' in the work. His work is excellent, he's very courteous, respectful of your house/family members and personable - not to mention a true expert in all things 'appliance'. He's saved us having to buy a new microwave, new fridge AND now a new gas range all at competitive/reasonable cost. Simply put, he's the one appliance number you need to call.

I called Joe yesterday morning because dishes were coming out dirty from our dishwasher. He came to my house yesterday afternoon, immediately took it apart and discovered the problem. He replaced a part and tested it to make sure it was ok. I was very pleased with the response time and service. I had a few questions about some other appliances in the house and he was happy to answer those as well. Very satisfied.

Called the "appliance guy" to fix my bottom dishwasher spinner which was not spinning on its own, causing my dishes to come out dirty. His name was Joseph and he was very courteous... found out the problem and fixed it in no time. 10+ service, I was very satisfied.

problem was in electronic control. instead of replacing control, very expensive, found problem to be a cold solder joint which he repaired. To have found this unusual problem and repaiired it promptly was most unusual and impressive. The repair was very tricky to do and very tricky to find. This is an unusually talented repair man and I am recommending him to my family and friends

Called Joe for freezer service and diagnosting. Came the next day. Spotted the problem and replaced the damaged part. Now everything is working perfectly. Recommended and would definetly do business with again.

I came to homestars looking for suggestions on who could come fix my fridge. I sent an email request to Joe and he responded right away the next morning and made arrangements to come to our condo that day. He showed up on time, was well prepared and didn't mind answering any questions I had. In no time, he had our fridge repaired and said to give him a call if we had any questions. I did end up having a question and Joe returned my call and re-assured me everything was fine. I would definitely use Joe again and appreciate everything he did for us!

Joe came to help me with my dryer, but the problem with something else and helped me anyway. He was very pleasant and on time and very willing to help.

Joe is the BEST! I explained the problem to him over the phone and he nailed the diagnosis without even seeing it. When he arrived he already had the new part i needed. He quickly confirmed the problem was what he thought it was and installed the part and was on his way. Very courteous and honest and a true professional. I would recommend to anyone.

What fantastic service! Joe was here within a couple hours, took apart the door and latch, fixed it, and had the machine running again in no time. He was friendly, professionally, fast and GOOD! Thank you so much! Would recommend in a heartbeat.
