Our oven broke down recently and we used the Appliance Guy to fix it. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the price was extremely reasonable. Would use this company in the future for my appliance needs.

Our dishwasher lost water pressure (dishes were not washed properly) I have called the Appliance Guy and set up an appointment. Technician came on time and service the unit (olive pit was stack in the water pump) , it was a quick repair. Technician seems to be very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service indeed. I'm very satisfied in general after getting our oven working again. I'm not sure what the problem was, but The Appliance guy did a great and affordable job.

Our very expensive oven suddenly stopped working and the whole uni powered off...2 weeks after the warranty was up! And worse yet, 2 weeks until Christmas. As I was expecting a lot of family to come over for Christmas dinner, this had to get fixed and fast. Luckily the appliance guy did exactly that. He knew exactly what was wrong, got the part and replaced it. Excellent work.

I had put a roast in the oven, closed the oven door, walked away and heard a loud clang, couldn't see an obvious problem but then noticed an error message on the whirlpool stove. It said LOC. I didn't know what was going on, tried to open the oven door and it was stuck! I've never heard of this before, but, it's a self cleaning oven so, I am aware that it has a lock. I looked it up on the internet how to fix this, I pressed the combination of buttons to unlock, would hear a noise like it was trying to unlock, but, it never let go. Did a quick look up online for oven repairmen, they came over the next day, took a quick look and said the lock had seized. The stove is less than 5 years old! A part was ordered and the repairman came back the next day to install it. They were neat, professional, and on time. No problems and if I ever have issues with my appliances again, I will be calling them.

We have 2 very young children so we go thorugh a ton of laundry each day. When my dryer broke down it could have been classified as a major disaster! Luckily Joe came to our aid. He was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. When he was going to be late, he called to let us know which I really appreciated. Long story short, he rigged our dryer so that it would work until we could replace it. What a life saver! Thank you!

I had a stove burner that weasn't working. I had tried to fix it myself with generic parts, but I wasn't successful. The stove is at least 15 yeears old, and I couldn't get specific parts for it. I called The Appliance Guy - he came out the same day and was able to fix it from parts that he had in his truck. A week later one of the burners in my oven, also over 15 years old, stopped working. I called the Appliance Guy again - again, he came out the same day, and had what he needed to fix the oven with him. Best serviceman, in any category, that I have dealt with in a long time!

Such a great guy! Came and assessed the problem right away, was able to get the part we needed within a couple of days and the repair was done so quickly. Very professional, reasonable price and even helped us with another problem while he was at the house. Would highly recommend this service and will definitely be the first call we make for all appliance repairs.

Our fridge was acting up for a few weeks. Sometimes it would work fine and other times it would not cool at all. We were going to get a new fridge, but a new counter-depth fridge was out of our budget. So we thought we could have someone look at it first. We hired The Appliance Guys after reading reviews from Homestars and we were very happy with him. He was upfront with us, letting us know there might not be much he can do, due to the brand of fridge we had. If there are parts to replace, it would be cheaper to get a new fridge then to repair it. he came to our house and inspected our fridge. Thank goodness we didn't have to replace any parts (it was just really dirty) and he even clean the compressor for us!

The Appliance Guy did a great job in repairing my dishwasher in record time. He came within the week and thoroughly described everything he was doing as he repaired the unit. I will certainly call the Appliance Guy again if I have any other appliance issues.
