This is the second (fridge and stove) appliance Joe has repaired for us. Joe has twice diagnosed, ordered parts and repaired our appliances same day or next day, is punctual, knows the appliances, discusses the issues and proposed repairs and is spot on in predicting how the appliance will run after the repair. But for him I would have likely replaced the appliances even though they are only about 6 years old. I can't recommend him strongly enough, and indeed have done so many times over. Simply the best.

I got great advice from Joe, he was on time, friendly, very helpful, and reasonably priced. My stove was fixed in about half an hour. I am very satisfied with the results, and will be recommending him to my friends.

Gas oven burner was not lighting. Called Jo. He came. He Saw. He Fixed. He explained clearly what was going on. Left the old part for me to inspect. Very reasonable.

I called to get an idea of what was wrong with my machine and what it was cost. He arrived within the hour and did an awesome, quick, clean and very reasonably priced job. I would absolutely recommend his service and will definitely call again if the need arises. No hassle and very easy to deal with.

I highly recommend Joe of The Appliance Guy. He showed up when he said he would, which was at a specific time. (I find those four hour windows that some companies use are unreasonable for the working person.) Joe fixed my dryer in 20 minutes, and the fee was the most reasonable one I have EVER paid for an appliance repair.

Washer Machine stop working, I got website from Handyman Connection. I called The appliance Guy. He was at my door step in 20 minutes. He explain every thing in professional manner. I would use his service again and will pass his numbers to my family and friends. Hopefully washer machine will last little more.

Joe tried to diagnose our problem over the phone. Our location was out of his way, but due to it's urgent nature (ie, our food was melting), he made sure to make it a priority and came by that afternoon. Fixed the problem at what I deem to be a reasonable cost. Very good experience.

Joe pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an estimate. He was unable to come himself but sent someone else over who was very experienced, friendly and professional. From the time I called to the time my washer was up and running was under two hours!! I was very happy with the service I received!!

Joe, the owner/operator, showed up on time, was efficient, friendly, insightful, clean and able to fix the problem in short order. He had the correct part with him. He cleaned up after himself, made sure everything was in working order, wrote a detailed invoice, and charged a reasonable amount. Of all the tradespeople that have come to my house over the years, Joe was the best, hands-down. I highly recommend him.
