    leaking fridge freezer (Kitchen Aid)

    My fridge freezer was slowly leaking water, forming a sheet of ice under the freezer drawer which eventually melted onto my kitchen floor. We tried to diy it by pulling off the back panel to melt off all the ice build up; the issue reoccured 3 days later. We called Joe and he took the time to understand the issue over the phone. He provided an estimate and came out the next day to fix it. He was thorough with explaining the issue and how he fixed it. He is was neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend Joe.

    Dryer heater replaced

    Joe came the very next morning after I called around 5 pm the previous day and replaced the heater in my Inglis (Samsung) dryer. All is now good. I learned a lot by watching him work and can appreciate his 40 years of experience. There is no way I could have known what to do, what to check, and how to replace the heater safely myself. Joe explained everything and made sure everything was working before he left. He really knows his stuff. This is the second time I have used Joe (he fixed my gas oven) and would recommend him to anyone.

    Laundry washer making noises

    Called Joe in the morning on Sept. 28, 2021 and informed him of my 10 year old washer making noises. He asked me some questions and pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone and said he had availability to come over that same day. He was at my house within the hour and resolved the problem within 20 minutes. He was very patient and not in a hurry as he let the washer run through all of the cycles to ensure he had resolved the problem. His price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use his services again!

    Refrigerator Repair

    Joe thank you for your expertise. You were able to diagnose the problem and replaced the the fan motor part immediately. Thank goodness your truck is equipped with all sorts of parts. The refrigerator is maintaining the proper cooling temperature now. Great work! I will certainly recommend your services to my friends and family. Rose North York

    Broken Maytag dryer

    Joe to the rescue, we have 10 year old Maytag washer and dryer and a few days ago the dryer stopped working the drum would not rotate. Joe came in took the dryer apart he noticed a burnt wire as well as the broken belt wheel and tested all the wiring then replaced the parts which he had with him and put it back together again. Its like having a brand new dryer for a fraction of the price, his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Joe The Appliance Guy. Pat from Maple

    Once again, it's Joe to the rescue!

    Our Samsung front load washer stopped mid-cycle with an "nd" error code. I looked up the error code online and found that it meant "no drain". I opened the washer door and, sure enough, the clothes in it were sitting in water and soaking wet. I took the clothes out and drained the water using the emergency drain hose (thank you Internet). One possible fix was to clean the drain pump filter (again, thank you Internet), which I did. But, unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem. It was time to call Joe. Joe put me in touch with his associate, Colin, who thought the problem was probably a faulty pump. Colin asked me to text him the model number of the washer so he could bring a new drain pump when he came to look at the washer. I did that and, sure enough, it was a faulty drain pump and Colin replaced it. The washer works perfectly now. All I can say is, if you are having trouble with appliances, call Joe. You will be happy you did.

    Another excellent fridge repair from Joe!

    This is the second time I have used Joe for a refrigerator repair - this time a different fridge. Joe initially did some remote troubleshooting to try to save me the service call, which was very thoughtful of him. Ultimately he sent his associate Colin to complete the troubleshooting and repair. Colin is super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My 30-year-old fridge is now running flawlessly again and the repair cost was very reasonable. I can't say enough about Joe - he is the best if you need a fridge repair!

    Honest and helpful

    My refrigerator was not cooling properly, and so I called Joe and left a message. Joe called me back promptly and asked a few questions in order to do an assessment over the phone. He suggested that his associate, Colin, will be in touch. Colin called me shortly and went through a more detailed assessment and provided a few root cause scenarios along with approximate costs and effort to fix. I appreciate the friendly, honest and helpful advice provided by both Joe and Colin over the phone. They probably saved me from paying for an unnecessary service call. I will not hesitate to contact them again for any issues with any of my appliances. Thank you Joe and Colin!

    Oven Repair

    Joe is amazing. He answered my email for service to repair my oven right away. He had the part and installed it within 24 hours. He has serviced my appliances in the past. Joe is very knowledgeable and tries to get you the best price. I would recommend him to anyone.

    18 year old Whirlpool repair

    What a knowledgeable person. He had many tricks and tips. I thought our fridge was too old and not worth it, but here we are with it working again. Thanks Joe.
