    Excellent service

    Our clothes dryer stopped heating and from long experience we knew to call Joe. It was a complicated repair involving an expensive part that had failed. Joe has been helping us for a great many years with all our appliance issues, and in every case he has been highly knowledgable which makes for an efficient, and hence cost effective, repair. Excellent service!

    Dishwasher repair

    Joe went beyond the call of duty, during a snowstorm in Vaughan. He repaired my dishwasher and my wife was very happy. So I'm happy too. I have used Joe for all my appliance repair for the last 15 years. Call him first before anyone else. Sal. c.

    10/10 would recommend!

    Joe is amazing! Very friendly, efficient and honest! After calling another company and having a very unsatisfactory (and expensive) service visit, we thankfully found Joe. Joe came prepared to fix the issues we described over the phone. We called Joe in to repair a dishwasher and aa laundry center, both 10 years old. Joe was very honest with us about what was worth repairing, instead of just taking our money. He was able to fix the dishwasher in under 20 minutes and its working like brand new now. And I am happy not to have wasted money on fixing a 10 year old laundry centre!

    SImply the Best

    Fridge stopped cooling overninght - we scrambled to find a technician in our area. Finally found Joe; immediately on the phone, I realized he was so much better than anyone else I spoke with: provided accurate and useful info. He dispatched one of his technician (Colin Tate) and Colin called back within an hour and was at our place within 2 hours. Colin was pleasant, polite & super professional. He fixed our fridge, even gave us some advice for maintenance to avoid future problems. A true and honest technician who really cares and knows how to do his job. No drama. No overpromises. No BS. Highly recommended.

    Oven repair - keeping our favourite oven going.

    Joe, arrived as arranged. Quickly dismantled the oven and identified the problem. He even had the part with him. Fixed in about 30 minutes. Also provided advice about another problem. Saves me a lot of trouble and money. Great service and a pleasant chat.

    wall oven repair

    Pleasant, diligent, and, Joe is competent like no other! The only guy worthy of the name THE Appliance Guy. His insight and experience has saved us many hundreds of dollars. Most recently his conscientiousness and access to parts no longer available saved us having to replace an oven because of a faulty door hinge.

    Oven repair

    Very hard to find someone who would deal with Capital stove. However, there’s always someone and that is Joe. Spoke with him yesterday morning and he was here today and got the job done. It’s like a brand new oven. Very efficient, explained everything and couldn’t be happier.

    Best service in 40 yrs of repairs

    BEST service EVER in 40 years of having appliances repaired. Experience makes a huge difference. Joe came to fix a washer that stopped draining (this was quickly diagnosed and the faulty pump replaced) and then I asked him to look at my 31-yr-old dishwasher that was not cleaning dishes. I paid a lot to another company previously who said my dishwasher could not be repaired. Then came Joe... Within 15 minutes (after remarking it was fun to see one of those solid old machines), Joe diagnosed the problem (five minutes), found the part at the bottom of his truck because it's so seldom requested and fixed my machine! Works like the day I bought it. Those with less experience say it can't be fixed, too old, not worth it. If it's possible to fix it, Joe will understand what needs to be done. If it can't be fixed he'll tell you honestly. With 12 appliances in my extended family home, (three sets of fridge stove washer dryer plus freezer) I go through periods of a lot of repairs. I'm tired of those who want to replace whole sections because they don't know how to diagnose or repair individual components. Joe has so much experience he's fast and effective. I will never call anyone but Joe from now on.

    Amazing Experience

    Called Joe on a Saturday as my refrigerator broke down. Joe did not service our area but called me and advised exactly what was wrong. He then called another company for me to set up service. They came and fixed it on Sunday after getting the parts needed. Honest, knowledgeable and customer focussed. What else can you ask for!

    Fridge Freezer Repair

    Our fridge freezer made a loud zap noise followed by the very strong smell of burning electrics, yet it still seemed to be working. As the smell did not fade away we decided to call Joe. A quick call to Joe, and he identified the problem; he realized that it couldn't wait until the following day as the compressor was no longer working. He rescheduled his next call to be able to come to us immediately. Joe was able to repair the starter so that the compressor works again and our fridge freezer is once again cold. Over the years Joe has repaired our fridge freezer when the vent motor between the two compartments broke; he has also repaired our drier and washing machine. Thank you to Joe for amazing service once again, we really appreciate his technical knowledge, his solid advice and his swift response.
