    Furnace problem

    I came home from vacation and my furnace was off. My regular people who do service were away. I called Spring and they diagnosed over the phone that it was the batteries in my thermostat. Someone else might have come to my house and charged me $150 for the same thing. Use these guys, they are straight! John Page

    home heating and cooling system installation

    When it's time to replace my 18 yr old furnace and air conditioner, HomeStars was able to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. The work was done exactly according to what was explained to me. The follow up visit a few months later demonstrates that they really care about their customers and stand behind the products that they sell.

    Dealt with Cy. Very nice guy and helpful. Services provided very quickly. I shopped around and he sounded the most knowledgeable. Pricing was comparable with other companies. No suprise costs. Lot's of extras included in installation.

    Tankless Water Heater and Air Conditioner

    I first contacted Spring Home for my tankless water heater. After being satisfied of their thorough work on the tankless water heater I contacted them again for my air conditioner. Again they did their job professionaly.

    new airconditioning system

    I'm writing to thank you for providing timely customer service. After the machine installation, for a couple of time when we were not exactly certainly about how to operate the machine. You responded the call and instructured me step by step. Your employees are very professional and they certainly know the techonology. Thank you again!

    install new ac, furnace, air filter and humidifier

    I recently moved into a 50 year old home that had an ac and furnace older than myself and my husband. They were loud, inefficient and had to go! We met with Cy at first to get a quote...but upon meeting we ended up getting much more than that. Cy provided us with the credible information...in fact, I feel better knowing more about these systems that are so important in our daily lives. I also felt Cy genuinely wanted the best for us....he talked about the rebates and even encouraged us to apply for the home energy audit! I'm glad I did this as it will cover some of the cost...and more! The installation crew was quick, efficient and professional. They even went through the system with us after installation...I found this very helpful! Overall the experience was great! I'm even thinking of using their services again when we are ready to install a new hot water heater.

    New air conditioner and furnace

    Our 25+ year old A/C could not have died at a worse time, right in the middle of a heatwave! We are normally the type of people to do extensive research before requesting quotes, but given the circumstances, we jumped on Home Stars and quickly called some of the top-rated HVAC companies, including Spring Home. We could not be happier with the customer service that we have received from Spring Home, from scheduling the initial in-home estimate to answering our questions even after the invoice was paid. Upon calling Spring Home, a sales representative by the name of Cy Goh promptly scheduled an in-home visit. Unfortunately for Cy, he was the first to visit, so we asked him hundreds of questions, as we attempted to educate ourselves on the HVAC industry. Cy was extremely courteous and informative, spending the better part of 2 hours (no, that is not a typo) answering our questions and providing us different options, all while we sat in our sweltering hot kitchen. After speaking with countless other HVAC companies, and having since done our research, we confirmed that Cy's explanations and recommendations were spot on. Spring Home was not the cheapest quote, but in an industry where the quality of the installation is as important as the equipment being installed, we decided to go with Spring Home for the job. Spring Home's technicians arrived on time and went straight to work, working from 10am to 6pm. Their installers took the extra effort to ensure that all the piping was neatly laid out, and did not seem to bat an eye at our regular supervision. Further, they did not try to nickel and dime us by cheaping out on inexpensive parts. They worked independently, but were sure to ask for our input on installation decisions that needed to be made, such as where to run the piping. Following the installation, Cy was quick to follow-up to ensure that we were happy. He was readily available to patiently answer any question that we had (and there were many). Thanks to Cy and the rest of the folks at Spring Home!

    Installation of Ductless Air Condition

    Cy and his team were professional, courteous and timely. They put up a two head ductless air conditioning unit in one day, finishing the job despite repeated delays as a result of the rain. They did a good job explaining the process and paid attention to the aesthetic aspect of the installation. All of this for a reasonable price!

    replace old furnace and then AC

    The reason I am writing this review because of the quality of service and trust. Spring Home installed a new furnace for me early this year,the installation was great and the technicians are professional.  Few days later the installation manager came to audit the installation job and adjust the furnace in order to optimize the performance. As I was told by Mr. George, the furnace default setting is according to the manufacturer’s lab, but in real world the working condition is not as perfect as the lab.I did not write a review  at that time because I was too busy until I was impressed when they helped me again. My daughter came back from university on a Friday early July and would have a birthday party at home with her friends the next day, unfortunately my air conditioner stopped working Friday afternoon…such a bad day… so I called George, he showed up in one hour and found that it was not fixable. After I explained to George how important the air condition was for my daughter tomorrow. He promised me to have an emergency team to do the installation in the evening. What his words were” you are my customer and I take care of my customer”.I know it was hard for them to have a team immediately in the hot air conditioner season, the installer came around 7:00PM and they finished around 12:00AM midnight. They did it. I highly recommend Spring Home to all of my friends and families, because they not only do great job, but also take care of their customer(this is the most important to me!!).

    Furnace & Air Conditioner Installation

    Cy from Spring Home was very knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. Because he was very professional and detail oriented, it made me confident to go with their service after getting quotes from many different places. He did not try to sell higher priced units, and made us feel very comfortable to make our own choice. We asked many questions, and Cy was very enthusiastic about answering all of our questions and more. Installation was exceptional. Installers were very neat, and swept the floors before and after the installation. Very well trained, meticulous, and professional. All pipes and hoses were very well laid out in our walkout basement, hence looking very clean. Best part is their after service. I believe after service is very important when it comes to HVAC. Cy called after a couple of days to see if everything is working ok, and 24/7 emergency service is also a peace of mind. Their warranty is also better than other competitors, and I'm confident that their service will stay this way for many years to come. Excellent work. Highly recommended!
