I needed a complete heating, air conditioning and clean air system in my home so I decided to contacted a couple of companies for a quotation. The consultant that came to my house from Spring Home Heating was extremely professional and took a lot of time to go over all the proper equipment I needed. I decided to use Spring Home Heating because they did not knock the competitor and they knew what they were talking about. The installation was better than perfect. My energy bills were slashed in half like promised and my indoor allergies have seemed to disappear. Thanks guy, I wish you guys could renovate my entire house!!!

Of the 3 contractors selling American Standard furnaces I have contacted, I found George Li of Spring Home the most knowledgeable. He is the only one who recommended to increase the size of the return air duct for maximum efficiency, and that, together with an American Standard programmable thermostat, is included in the installation price. Installation work went smoothly and they did not leave a mess. I also took the chance to have my aging hot water tank replaced. Their crew accompanied me to Home Depot without extra cost to pick up one. George Li came back to audit the work of his crew and adjusted the furnace to achieve maximum efficiency (none of the other contractors mentioned they will do that). When I raised my concern that the fresh air intake might be too low for the snow conditions, he agreed to have it corrected, and sure enough, that was done within a couple of days.

I needed to replace my aging/oversize furnace/AC. I went through 11 contractors and finally found Spring Home (George). He is very knowledgeable. installation went very well. duct work was adjusted to maximize airflow. His company process the OPA rebate. He came back a week later to audit the installation, adjusted gas pressure/ motor speed to ensure the furnace run at 100%, also talked to the neighbor to installed their old furnace. the rooms on the 2nd floor now 1 degree warmer (used to be 2 degrees colder).
