furnace and AC
I changed my old furnace and AC unit with Home Spring Heating and Cooling Co. I am very pleased with the work they did. Their staffs are very responsible, skillful, clean and patient. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

New furnace, air cleaner, humidifier, and air conditioner.
The crew from Spring Home Heating & Cooling arrived as scheduled. They replaced my old furnace and AC unit with American Standard high efficiency equipment. An AccuClean air cleaner and Desert Spring humidifier was also included. The crew did a great job. The AC unit was mounted on a precast concrete slab which sat on a bed of crushed stone. Looked like a real professional job! The furnace installation was very tidy. All the hoses, pipes, wires, air cleaner, humidifier, controls, etc, were carefully arranged and secured. My furnace room looks so much cleaner! All the work was completed in one day. The crew cleaned up before leaving. The project manager, "Cy" dropped by after the job was complete to ask if I had any concerns. He helped us program the new thermostat and answered a few questions about the new furnace. I have no hesitation recommending this company. The installation was professional and the service was exceptional.If you are looking a new furnace, ac unit,etc, call this company and ask for Cy.

Furnace and BBQ Gas Line Installation
Spring Home Heating and Cooling did a fabulous job installing my American Standard modulating furnace. They took their time, they were very clean and meticulous in their installation, and they took the time to explain to me how the whole system works so I did not need to research anything. All the Spring Home installers where very courteous, clean and very professional. I was also extremely pleased that Spring Home also check my hot water heater and rechecked all the gas lines to ensure no chances of gas leaking and that all my gas appliances where working properly and safely. Excellent job George!!!!! I will highly recommend your company and the American Standard product.

Heating/Cooling/Air quality
Just installed American Standard modulating furnace, air conditioner, AccuClean HEPA whole house air cleaner, Honeywell TrueSTEAM humidifier and Vanee HRV. I had a few quotes from Carrier, Lennox and American Standard. George from Spring Home is the most knowledgeable technician, he spent over one hour to inspect the existing system and explain the system that we need. There are a few things that the rest sales did not even mention (volume damper was loose and closed, return boot was too small…), but George found it out. The installation was great as well; three technicians worked a whole day installing everything. Before they left, they told me how to operate and maintain the system. I am very happy and definitely highly recommend Spring Home to every home owner.

furnace+A/C+air cleaner
I recently changed my furnace, A/C and air cleaner by Spring Home. They have very nice, knowledgeable sales people and very professional technicians to do the installation. I chose "American Standard" furnace and A/C. This furnace is so quiet and you won't even notice when it is working!

New American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning 16 Seer heat pump and modulating furnace. Service was clean and professional. Workers where very nice and pleasant. Replace 4 year old Lennox furnace and a/c that was load and not efficient.

Replace Furnace and Airconditioner
I recently purchased an American Standard Air Conditioner and Furnace from Spring Home. After getting quotes from multiple places, I settled on Spring Home as I found them very knowledgable, recommending enhancements others had missed (e.g. turning vanes for the cold air boot) - it was also nice they included a 5 year labour warrenty. Installation and service went great. They arrived right on time and the crew worked a solid day installing everything. They felt the current cold air return didn't have space for the turning vanes and came back and replaced it with a new one at no extra charge. Definitely felt they went the extra mile in their service!

Mid. Efficency Furnace

Service Service Service! Exceptional American Standard & Sanyo Equipment only out done by the speedy seamless install, post follow-up, prompt transparent communication. I recommend “Spring Home” to everyone who is in search of a Heating / Cooling contractor they can TRUST. Call George or Cy ... you will never regret it.

Furnace and A/C replacement
The technicians were great, they were very professional and did a great job. When they were done, you wouldn't even have known they were there - they cleaned everything up and the job was perfect! Would and have recommended them to others for sure!
